Location - it's pretty central and close to most tourist spots. It's in front of a major road so access to grab is easy. Rooftop bar - view is quite nice, they have promos like buy 1 take 1, etc. Room - it's quite new, pleasant to the eyes and quite clean. Separate shower and toilets which is smart. The room size is not the biggest, but the layout is clever, and they made the most of the space without it feeling too crammed. Housekeeping - they can clean your room even at 5 pm! Some hotels can't do this. Toiletries - the bath soap, shampoo, etc. all smell so good. I wanted to buy them. Towels - complete with bath, face and hand towels.

Slippers - you have to request and not automatically provided. Gym - a bit small but can still do some proper work out Late checkout - I requested this via Booking.com and was accepted but I had to request it again when I checked in as they didn't have it in my record. Checkout - I was asked to wait to check the room. I waited patiently but turns out the receptionist forgot to tell me its already done.

The Staff are exceptional, very friendly , they are very helpfully. The hotel is very clean, the facilities and design is very good, very comfortable feelings. It’s not easy to find a very clean hotel in the middle of the city.

There is no packing space infrront of the hotel for pickup and drop off. It is not safe. This is not the hotel”s fault. Breakfast is good but can make it exceptional by including more varieties of easily and cheaper fruits. Also decorate the salad with more options. Can include steamed pumpkins, sweet potatoes, papaya salad and few other local vegetables. Try to decorate and change variates in few days. Because people cannot eat same type of food everyday . Should cater for international travelers and put mark on food I.e. halal or vegetarian

The hotel itself is well maintained and comfortable; the rooms are adequately sized and exceedingly well kept; and the staff is beyond friendly and welcoming. What’s not to love! The location is a bit more of a hike from some of Bangkok’s main attractions, but it’s only a 20 minute walk to the nearest MRT station so as long as you don’t mind a (very straightforward) stroll before your daily activities, I cannot possibly recommend the Mercure enough :)

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like! Location is a bit out of the way if you’re used to only walking 5-10 minutes to things like train stations, restaurants, etc. But you can easily grab a cab or a tuk-tuk if you don’t want the walk!

They don’t have swimming pool and the room has the sink inside the bedroom.

Very nice hotel with great views and a rooftop bar (we went up to look but didn’t stay). The price is fair for where you are which is about 15-20 minutes grab ride to nearby attractions. When we arrived in our room we found a note written by the manager thanking us for staying with them and a chocolate dessert. It was very touching. The shower and the shower pressure were both phenomenal. The room smelled very fresh, new and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were lots of channels to watch on the TV.

You need to put a key card in for electricity. They gave us two keys so we left one in the room by accident and the maid took it. The back says you get charged for keys so we called and they gave us a new one.

Very clean room and views from balcony was very good without disturbing. Nice massage shops nearby and shops as well. Bar discount was very tempting for staying guests, and bar staff were very attentive.

The location was quite a distance from the metro station. One male receptionist was very robotic, so didn't feel welcoming, while the other female receptionist was very welcoming and doormen. In the room, there's no work desk as the picture was showing.

Location was central, beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels supplied. Staff were very accomodating letting us check out at 2pm as our flight was 6pm. Very easy to get a Go Grab car. There was apparently also a mix up with my booking and we had to “upgrade” to a family room, first time this has happened on booking.com, which was no problem for us as we wanted a balcony room.

Breakfast was very disappointing for a hotel chain that I thought was well known. Very little selection. Rooms are smallish.

Everything in this hotel has 5* for me. Starting with the welcoming staff when you get off the taxi and arrive at the reception area. The rooms are so clean and have everything that you need. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of options from fried rice to toast and scrambled eggs, a variety of fruits, overnight oats, granola... We stayed for 2 nights in the beginning of our trip into Thailand and we booked 2 more nights before we had to fly back home and we would stay there again without a doubt.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite pleased with my experience. Situated in a good area, it offered convenient access to various attractions. The room was attractive and newly furnished, providing a comfortable environment. A notable feature was the excellent view from the balcony, which I found very enjoyable. The hotel staff were courteous and attentive, contributing to a pleasant stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location and quality
