Good location for restaurants, bars, access to metro and sky train. Great food

Quite noisy from traffic but can't really be avoided given it's location

The hotel is good located, just around 5 minutes from the metro station. The room are clean and well equipped. The interior isn’t brand new, but stylish. Staff is really very kind and ready to help. There is good swimming pool area on the roof top with great view. Breakfast is organized there too. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

The property is located on the street with lots of bars and loud music. I had the grand room which windows were directly on that street. So it was difficult to fell asleep.

Modern and clean room. Well located, surrounded by night life. Close to BTS Nana station - about 5 min by walking with suitcase. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as 7-Eleven. The staff was very helpful.Swimming pool is good, Very good breakfast. Completely satisfied

The only problem I have issue a little bit issue is with the service in the dining room upstairs sometimes you think about half an hour 20 minutes to have a sandwich I've been in a restaurant business for 20 years 200 300 people a day no way in the world no way in the world I make people wait more than 5-10 minutes for the food nowhere in the world but sometimes you know things don't work when they're coming inside of you it takes 35 minutes to get the food I have to leaveq

The hotel is great, and staffs are amazing. After getting off of a taxi at the hotel, I realised I left my iPhone in the Taxi. As I didn’t have my phone to call the taxi driver, Dablo helped me to check the security camera to get the taxi plate number. Then he immediately rang the police to report and managed to get the police to contact the taxi directly. The taxi driver did not want to return my phone but after the police spoke to him, he agreed to bring the phone back to me. I’m so thankful for Dablo and his team, as they were trying their best to speak to the taxi driver in Thai language. They really went above and beyond.

This is my 2nd short stay here, within 2 months, travelling from Hong Kong. Again, the stay did not disappoint and was largely satisfied with the overall service plus quality of the accommodation. The staff again, were really friendly, attentive and meeting my prior needs of connecting myself and 2 best friends altogether. Appreciated that and made our trip a lot smoother and closer for us all.

The alcoholic drinks we purchased at the swimming pool bar, we thought were really quite expensive. Though we still purchased many drinks and foods, during our stay; But for instance, a Grey Goose Vodka Soda that was nearly 500THB (including service) is really expensive.

The staff was friendly and on point and the room was clean and had everything you need. The location is pretty good, with a small street food market right next to the hotel, plenty of restaurants and bars, 5 minutes walking to the metro station and 10 minutes to a popular shopping mall where locals go to eat called Terminal 21. Overall great experience.

- there were too few sunbeds at the pool, it was difficult to find a spot to sit - there was a mould smell in the gym - i wish they had more vegetables and fruit for breakfast

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Always smiling and always ready to assist. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was easy to adjust the room temperature. Breakfast was ok. The pool was clean and inviting.

The rooms on the 2d floor were a bit noisy at night as we could hear the busy nightlife on the street. Also, 2d floor view is not very good. We could tell how long we were staying by the condition of the towels. When we checked in the towels were very white and fluffy. As the days went by, the towels were more and more old, gray and worn out. It was difficult to get the right temperature on the shower. Some days we didn't have hot water.

The hotel is quite close to the Nana train station, so it was easy to get there by train from the Airport (it just takes quite some time, like 1.5h). Close to the hotel is a big street with a lot of restaurants, some convenience stores and even massage places, which was very convenient. The staff is very friendly and if I had any request, they tried their best to help me out. They also let me leave my stuff there for some time after my checkout, which was nice. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of vegetarian friendly options. :) The pool was very clean, but a bit small. I didn't try their sauna, but I'm sure that it is good too. There was a nice bathtub with a view on the bed (there was glass instead of a wall) in the room, which I really liked. The room was very spatious and the bed was comfortable. They provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, water, slippers and some other essentials, which was very nice. All in all I really liked it and would stay here again. :)

The gym was quite small, so if 2 or 3 people were there, it was already really full. But it was nice, that they had one. The pool wasn't really big either, so it was a bit full there sometimes too. It's located in a party area, so it can get loud at night (I had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep).

The location was great, not far from the NaNa BTS station. Night life is great in this area. Breakfast was amazing also. The staff were amazing 👏 🤩 hats off to the staff, and see you next year 2025

Don't get me wrong, the hotel is amazing, but up keeping of the hotel must be taken into consideration with its carpets in the rooms and hallway it needs cleaning. Towels in the room that are NOT hotel standards need to be thrown away. When you do see the cleaner, they will give you fresh NEW towels. The old dinge towels need to be replaced. The pool needs it's up keep.The lobby is always clean and smelling great. I've been coming to this hotel for the past 6 years, excluding covid, and I've never written a bad review. So please, you do have an amazing hotel. Please pay close attention to the little things.
