Buffet breakfast was amazing. So many options to choose from. Good gym/pool area Mall is 10 min walk away as is rail/metro - easy to use to get around tourist sights as otherwise hotel is quite far from Wats.

For an international hotel it would be beneficial to have access to English speaking TV channels The road gets very busy esp at night - we did t appreciate how many bars/ clubs are on this road. Maybe a little too far from tourist attractions for us as a family

With no doubt, staff were highly professional. Let me tell you an experience I had, my wife got sick, I’ve just phoned the hotel receptionist, then she called the hospital and arranged a taxi . Moreover, the hotel team sent to us wishing card and and fresh fruits. I felt the meaning of hospitality, when you feel they treat you as a member of family.

Maybe if there’s a variety of options for breakfast.

The room is fine, although now Soi 11 is getting busy, the Tok Toks can be noisy after midnight. The location is great; all you need is within meters. For breakfast, less than impressed, poor quality of food and a very small serving area.

The food, in general, is of poor quality. Fortunately, there is a great selection of outlets in the vicinity to supplement Lily Fu's. There is also no real communication between the Reception and the Restaurant. I would, however, draw the Restaurant's attention to P. Jaao. This lady is an absolute asset to the restaurant and deserves to work in a better, more senior position.

Hotel is conveniently located near the Nana BTS station. Just 3 stations away from BTS Siam where you can shop at the popular malls (central world, siam paragon, siam Centre and Big C). Very lively area especially on weekend nights with bars and clubs nearby. We stayed on the 11th floor, no noise issue. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Family suite is spacious and clean, housekeeping was done very diligently and thoroughly. Very satisfied with stay overall. There are quite a few 7-11 (counted 4 walkable distance ~ 5 mins) nearby and even on the way from the BTS station to the hotel. Popular night markets like Chatuchak and Jodd Fairs are also easily accessible from hotel.

Hotel will not be suitable for people who don't like crowds. But not a big issue as it is a short walk from BTS Nana to hotel. And it only gets crowded at night. Limited food variety for hotel breakfast but doesn't affect us much as we just need to fill our stomach

The hotel was lovely, room was big, the only issue was the veiw from our room, it was over looking houses but it was quiet as not facing the main street. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. The pool was nice and a lovely little walk to nanna bts stop. Only took 45min from hotel to airport once we knew the best route. Walking from the hotel to the bts stop isn't an issue, you get asked if you want taxi, trips etc but when you say no you don't get hassled. Perfect 15min walk to Soi Cowboy, has a brilliant night here, no issues at all.

We didn't seem to find stairs from our floor (1st) as we would have preferred to walk the couple of floors.

The hotel itself is wonderful. Big rooms, very nice pool (a bit cold), staff is fantastic and breakfast was great. You are about 6 min walk from the Sky train and overall a good place to stay if travelling without kids (see below)

A few issues: 1. Water temprature in our rooms (111 and 112) dangerously fluctuated from cold to hot. We couldn't use the shower with the kids and opted for a bath. 2. The area around the pool is unusually slippery. Probably wrong tiles used, but this is a proper health & safety hazard 3. The location is "grungy". Great for young people travelling and wanting to party and have fun, but not ideal for families with small children. This isn't the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of and I don't know if this is the situation across all of Bangkok, but on the way to the sky train station there were at least 4 street vendors selling various explicit toys. Not the end of the world, but again, someting I'd rather wish I'd known about when booking with children.

I've stayed here a few times - it's a nicely plush 4 star property in a great location in the Sukhumvit/Soi 11 area. The pool area is great along with the poolside bar for a cocktail and a swim (probably the other way around is safer). Breakfast buffet is spot on, the rooms are generally quiet, very spacious and the bed is super comfortable.

The shower - the water temperature had a mind of it's own. One minute perfect, the next either scalding hot or freezing cold. There are also only two lifts servicing a large hotel, and the lifts themselves are quite small - there's often a wait to go up or down, and taking the stairs won't get you to reception.

Close to restaurants and bars. Short walk to Sukhumvit road and Skytrain. Staff were excellent.

Bathroom was a bit small for my personal preference.

The staff are great. The Concierge service is wonderful, just the best. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great.

The restaurant, mainly the breakfast, needs attention. Cold poached eggs (I have never been to a restaurant that was able to serve cold poached eggs), I suspect they are pre-cooked and left. The Chef needs to learn the 1-minute microwave-poached egg method. Bacon is hidden behind the counter. The dark coloured 'chicken' sausages were inedible.

One of the best breakfast i have had, (it was Asian inspired but you are in Asia). We had a morning flight and then even gave us to-go box of breakfast with and it was huge. Night life around the area was great. pool was the best part for my kids and staff catered our every need. we will be staying there every time we go to Bangkok

there were night workers at the front but they were harmless. other than that nothing i could fault
