Yes, I was glad that I have chosen and given the correct room that I have booked for I even forgot that The room I had booked in advance has an executive table and a comfortable chair and a balcony with a high floor level that I could view some part of the city with a welcome management letter, but I was quite disappointed that on my second morning during breakfast I was sitting at the same spot and table as on my first day morning breakfast had on problem with it. I was told that I could not sit at one of the Executive table that caused me to be embarrassed moment and told to change to an ordinary common sitting area and later got an apologize to allow to sit there again.

What I did not like was that there were separated table for different level of customers for VIP, Executive and for ordinary customers that show favouritism. If this is the case, situation and condition the management should setup barrier around those zone VIP tables with a bigger standing sign broad written at the barrier entry point instead of just a small table sign like menus card that is hard to notice it.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. The 24/7 reception service was incredibly convenient, ensuring that all my needs were promptly attended to at any time of the day. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic, offering great ambiance and delicious food. However, extending the operating hours until midnight would make it even more appealing, especially for guests who enjoy late-night dining or a relaxed atmosphere under the stars. It would add tremendous value to the overall experience

We've stayed at the Furama Silom on a number of occassions and have always found the Hotel very comfortable and centrally located in Silom Road. The Staff are all courteous and friendly and happy to help. We stay for business and from time to time have needed front desk help for packages or grab pickups/drop offs. The rooms are comfortable and the desk is good as is the wifi. We love the pool area and this is well maintained.

Some of the floors are being upgraded in decor. The new decor is clean but not as nice as the older style decor. The new desk is substandard and not useful for work.

The rooms were wonderful & large. We had two rooms on the 16th floor. The views & balconies were great. The bathrooms were perfect. It was a real taste of luxury for our family. The staff were lovely. Everyone from the staff on reception to the cleaning staff were so happy & helpful. The absolute highlight of this hotel was the pool & roof top area. We spent many hours swimming & relaxing.

We thought the breakfast was over priced so we didn't eat there. Around the area, we found there was not many local food choices. Plenty of Western & International restaurants, but we really wanted more local food.

I love the room. It's so huge and clean. It exceeded my expectations. My friends who travelled with me and stayed in a different hotel were so jealous I got to stay in very luxurious room. The food was great however the restaurant staff were not as fast in refilling/replenishing the dishes. Location is good, while I didn't take the BTS, I know that the nearest station is just a few blocks away. I also loved the pool but never had the chance to dip since it rained on my last day which is usually the day I reserve for relaxation. The room temperature was just perfect. I just wish there was a small coffee table at the corner where I can enjoy my morning coffee (attached photo of myself in that corner).

The gym equipment were old and rusty. The gym is a bit dark and there was no one within sight who can possibly assist or be on a lookout in case something happens to the guest. It needed an upgrade. The hallway is dimly lit. My room is at the far end from the elevator and felt too eerie. While the room was great and clean, I felt the cleaners were not paying much attention on the hallway. I saw a glass of juice near the elevator when I checked in and it was still there 4 days later when I checked out. The room, as I said was perfect except for the sockets which I feel were either a bit high or too low (bedside). Best if they have netflix as well.

We stayed for three nights, were upgraded, which was nice, and given a quiet room as requested. We didn't have breakfast and didn't use any of the facilities so can't comment on those areas. It is an older hotel and is absolutely fine - we found it - as somewhere to stay. But it has reached the stage where it looks a bit 'tired' in some respects, and on that basis it can be argued is not very good value for money. These things aside, it is in a very convenient location, our overall experience staying there was good, and we will probably stay there again the next time we visit Bangkok.

As I have said, overall, everything was fine. There was nothing broken or that didn't work, our room was clean, and there was plenty of hot water. The only negative was that for the size of the hotel and number of guests there are not enough lifts. I would also mention the three-day no cleaning policy which we were fine with, but I am sure some guests might not like.

Executive room was spacious . Hotels location was excellent. We would come back again.

Breakfast was not great. Bacon was upon request at egg station. It was pre- cooked. Our bacon was off, it had a grey colour and was just quickly put on the grill to warm up and served. It had a sour smell. Bacon does not take long to grill , it should be cooked fresh , let's face it , it takes the same time to cook an omelette. Serving dishes were exposed, not hygienic open to contamination , would recommend covers .

1. Location ( near have many places to have food, 7-11 near, massage salons) also trading centers arround. It’s taking arround 15 mins by walk to get Padpong. 2. Stuff- friendly stuff, trying to help.

1. Cockroaches ( especially in the room, even in bed 🤦🏻‍♀️) so be careful,check all before sleeping. 2. Breakfast very poor if you don’t eat nuddels,rice or pork at morning. Specific breakfast for european ppl. 3. Room service was too poor, even 3 days didn’t come to refresh towels or bring water.

The pool area is excellent. The rooms are well appointed, and because I had a need to do computer work, the desk and chair worked as required. The daily room service kept the room tidy and neat.

This time, we stayed on the 19th floor. This is our 5th time at this hotel, but never on the 19th floor. The shower water was barely warm for the entire stay. It wasn't a disaster since it was so hot outside, but still, the shower water should allow hot and cold to operate.

Location, big room size

The tour operator inside hotel has tie up with some private boat tour in floating market in dam neon, they charged 4000 bhats and without giving any receipt, when asked receipt they threatened and gave a cash bill which was without any details on who is providing service. This is cheating and big scam with tie up with hotel and private boat operator, they arranged taix for 800 bhat through the bill given was 1000 bhat saying we are giving offer. Can't trust the hotel tour operator, but hotel days they don't have any connection, but then, why are they hotel premises ? Breakfast - very less options for vegetarians, no proper boards and explanations on veg dishes
