Its my second time booking a hostel and this property exceeded my expectation! Stayed on a mixed dormitory for 4days and i could say that it is well maintained, being cleaned on a daily basis and safe as well! Jane and Joe has been very kind and made me felt at home at all times! Ordered lazada and got my deliveries thru them and also, they had helped me book a taxi going to d airport avoiding overcharging from taxis~a common tourist trap. 🙃 Location: its d best place if u want to shop at pratunam, platinum mall, night market at baiyoke and have a good massage before d day ends 😀 I super love d fact that its beside a spa, where u can get happy hour for 200baht during 9-7pm. This is a property were u can literally have your "me~time" as all you is EAT.SHOP.MASSAGE. 🤗 Food: dey have continental breakfast and beverage to enjoy at a very reasonable price. Facilities: from common area down to blower and toiletries in d bathroom, what else can u ask for? Big cabinet enough to store your medium luggage filled with new stuffs 😁 and dey have storage under d stairs for big luggage! Im giving Good Day hostel a 9.5/10 🙃 and oh! Almost forgot to mention that you wont have a problem conversing in english as Jane and Joe are both well spoken hence they can easily help you with almost everything! 😉 will definitely comeback for my bangkok series of therapy 😊 Suggestion: i believe there is always room for improvement hence suggesting a first aid box be visible or displayed in d common area coz ul never know when to expect a clumsy backpacker at 2am ahm like myself 🤭😂 P.s. it would be best to hop off Ratchatewi station so you can easily find ds hostel.

It is conveniently located along established massage parlors and just a short walk away from Platinum Mall. Bath towels are provided for the stay and staffs were helpful and attentive.

Nothing from the hostel but more of the other guests staying in there. Was paired with another guest who lets her alarm goes off every morning at 6am and only switch it off after ringing for quite a while, which made resting a little challenging. Another guest left her clothings and undergarments hanging in the bathroom stalls for the entire of my 3 nights stay, that goes to say only 1 stall is usable during this trip.

This hostel is very clean, and more importantly, so are the shared toilets. Clean toilets are usually a sign that the owner takes really good care of the location. The owners were really friendly on the day of my check-in & it is a very chill hostel, which is what I wanted personally. If you are looking for a hostel for fun activities, drinking, and a noisy atmosphere, please look away.

It is not a huge problem for me but it is located slightly far from the nearest BTS (train station). If you are new to Bangkok, the trains are the best mode to travel from one place to another, whilst avoiding the jam. Hence, it does take 15 minutes to walk to Ratchathewi station. Secondly, there will be a shared area on the 2nd floor, but it is always filled with luggage bags, which kinda make the shared space already smaller than it is. It is not important for me, but it is something you need to consider if you like doing work in shared spaces.

If you're a solo traveller is hostel is for you. All the facilities and public area is perfect as if it was made for you. It feels like you got back to home with free checkIn checkOut time and public area with all the accessories you need during the staycation is the best part.

some of the guests group with active personalities were a little bit noisy at late night.It'll be the best if you booked the 4bed share room early before your trip like I did.

1. Owner Joe is really friendly & helpful 2. staffs are hard working & super nice 3. Location is close to centre. 7-11, night market & shopping malls nearby 4. Hostel design is beautiful. It needed efforts 5. Coffee in cafe downstairs is also wonderful 6. Common area is not so big but cozy & has everything u need 7. Lockers in the room 8. No sound from the street

1. Someone stole my AirPods in common area but the CCTV couldn’t play back. End up we couldn’t find the thief. Owner needs to change the CCTV 2. Too many mosquitoes in 2/F toilet. Every time got bitten. Rubbish bins were always full and trash was on the floor 3. Room door is not so thick if someone talks loudly in common area. Hard to get sleep at night

Although I only booked this hostel for a safe place for my backpack While I explored and ate food and somewhere to take a shower and call home for a ten hour lay over in Bangkok, the beds looked big and comfy. I did use the shower, it was clean and had heaps of products available for use, including hair styling equipment. Staff were friendly and location was great. Little night market situation around the corner and great massage next door.

Staffed hours are short. Maybe till 6pm. So no assistance after that.

If you’re in search for a homey place to stay in Bangkok, then Goodday is the answer. Everything about Good day will really make you have a “Good day”. The staff were very accommodating and will really treat you like a family. ✅Great location ✅Best value for money

Nothing against the property but Since it is a hostel, Not everyone you’ll meet or gonna share with has a high level of hygiene and tidiness like yours.

Location near to Platinum Mall 5 minutes walk and as a Muslim Traveler a lot of choice halal food.Room is very standard but clean and all guest need to take off their shoes before enter the guest bedroom The staff is very polite and speak English

Only have 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets in female floor,when full house I guess it will be packed The man helper clean the female floor,little bit inconvenience for me as a Muslim women

Had a good stay at good day hostel , the property is as per pictures only , clean and hygienic property, location is very good near to platinum mall and Indra square many indian restaurants are near by and other food joints , good massage centre is also available next to this hostel where you can relaxe your self , I would recommend this hostel in prawtunam area

Room 201 (left down bunkbed)--> need to fix the wall clothes hanger there. Need to put at least one trash bin in every room, otherwise people will have to go to bathroom to go for trash bin. The sharing dining room in 2nd floor need to be cleaned REGULARLY (not only once)..because people comes and goes everytime. But it's understandable it's not that clean and tidy since the staff for cleaning is only 1. So perhaps the staff that also work for cafe/reception need to help cleaning only the sharing place so it looks nice and clean.
