A wonderful hotel for a reasonable budget! The staff is lovely, the rooms are clean and quiet. I loved it.

We used the laundry service, and I find it unacceptable to pay over $100 to clean 8 underwear items, 4 shorts, and 2 T-shirts!! The price was more expensive than a night at the hotel for just a few items—never seen anything like it! Another point: there are free shuttles to the metro station, but only at certain times. Not even a shuttle in the middle of the afternoon at 3 PM? Or 5 PM? but overall regarding the rest this hotel is perfect !

Good property . Has all basic amenities etc . Located close to 7*11 and few restaurants.

We arrived at 10.45 am . The hotel had lot of free rooms . But didn't allow early check-in. Later we realised they wanted extra money . So had to pay ard 1200 bath extra just to checkin 2 hours before . The staff r trained to keep selling . Didn't book breakfast . They pushed us to buy breakfast for 1 day . Which we did but it was horrible . Also one evening , ordered margarita pizza . It was the most horrible pizza I ever ate . The swimming pool is on lower floor and there is no view from pool

The overall vibes of this hotel. It was clean & comfortable. Value for money. Quieter area and not so congested.

The location is a little bit far from the MRT station and it takes about 10 minutes walk. If you're travelling with luggage, you may need to take grab or use their shuttle (their shuttle has fewer timing and needs to reserve). However its a quiet area so I would still recommended it. The ground staff should really speed up during the check-in process knowing that day has high occupancy.

The corner king room had a great view and a big comfortable bed. Wifi worked very well and I enjoyed the large soak bathtub with a view of Bangkok from the bathroom. The breakfast was copious and varied and the on-site Japanese steakhouse is also very good, if pricey. There is a gym, separate workout (yoga) room, and a pool so all-in-all this makes for a great package.

One of the windows in our bathroom kept opening. It was difficult to shut, and occasionally popped open again. Not a major issue, but something to be aware of.

Food offering for Breakfast was excellent. The Service in the Restaurant was above excellent. The dinner offering was also very good. The personnel and service at dinner was excellent too. I was very grateful for the friendly service and customer oriented personnel.

There was nothing that I did not like. The central air-conditioning control is not very friendly. It would have been nice to have had air-conditioning control in the room.

The staff were incredible. It was my first time in Thailand and within ten minutes of being in the hotel, I fell in love the Thai people. So welcoming and accommodating. It’s hard when you travel alone, but I felt noticed and taken care of by all staff. Great job. Thank you.

The cranes and construction at 8am. During my second visit I was on the opposite side with was quieter. My first visit, I was woken up and it was impossible to sleep.

Good value for what you get in Bangkok, though the location is a bit out of the way. Subway station is a good 12 mins walk, which, in Bangkok heat, along a busy Bangkok road, is not the most pleasant. The upside of being out of the way is that you get great views. The staff are very helpful. In particular we found the concierge team to be most accommodating. The dining room gets very crowded at breakfast time. The buffet was extensive, but could have had better fruit and salad options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the bathrooms could do with updating. Bottle openers in the rooms would have been useful.

Location a little inconvenient

The food was exceptionally tasty and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were generous, more than enough for one person. I also appreciate the attention given to honoring religious dietary requirements while providing a good variety of options. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding

We had a large comfortable room with good bathroom.. Very pleasant and helpful staff on the whole. It is good the tour buses can get off the road on the drive way. Well equipped with ATM in the lobby, excellent gym and pool.

The location is in the business district so quite far to travel to sights and attractions. MRT not too far away when you understand the system. Transportation Supervisor didn't help as he has no maps and only one solution - ,call a taxi.
