Restrictions on areas including restaurants, accessible only to clients staying on the top few floors. The bar/restaurant at the pool was closed when we were there; the jacuzzi was not working

Good quality room with advanced functionality. Quality of room cleaning is good. Useful option of free transport drop and pick up to the nearby mall. Good explanation of the facilities at the time of check-in.
Travelling in and out of the hotel takes a lot of time due to traffic congestion. Replenishment of consumables like washing liquid had to be requested instead of it being done automatically. Range of cutlery in the room can be better. Deposit refund took a long time to be credited back to the credit card.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The rooms were pristine, large and comfortable. The housekeeping kept the rooms immaculate. Anything we needed was well stocked in the room. The pool area is stunning! Breakfast was delicious and made to order. The staff are trained to the highest standard. We travelled to Phuket, Koh Samui and Singapore, and this stay was absolutely incredible!

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We booked a two-bedrooms suite for our holiday, which is amazing and spacious. Cleanness is exceptional. Staffs are friendly and helpful during our stay, I'll definitely recommend this hotel for ppl who are seeking a perfect staying experience in BKK.
Price may be a bit high, but with the quality of staying I think it still worth it.

Amazing pool and fantastic staff. The staff are very attentive, able to organize taxis / transport. Beautiful rooms also, large bedroom and separate living area. Loved the shower.
Would have liked if all the restaurants were open and if the pool bar was open later / always staffed.

It was a very lovely experience, from a warm welcome, helping hands with our luggage, delicious drinks on arrival, easy check in, perfect tour around the place to stunning views, a beautiful pool and fabulous restaurant on the 27th floor. A very good value for the money.
