Airport shuttle was included in the price and good value. There is a restaurant at the hotel with a good offering of food and there are other restaurants and 7-11 a short walk away.

The hotel is near to standing water and you may find a free mosquito have made their way into your room. A quick walk to 7-11 store and you can buy an inexpensive plug in mosquito repeller which worked great for me. There are no lifts so, If you have difficulty dealing with stairs, make that known to the hotel when booking and request a lower floor. Staff will carry luggage up to and down from rooms. Shuttle service is quick and can be included in your stay package.

Everything was excellent, water, coffee and tea in the room, overall a good place

When I arrived at the hotel, I asked if it was possible to check out late the next day, the clerk said it was possible and that I could also decide in the morning. I arrived in the morning and there was a different clerk, I asked for a late check out and her first answer was "No, we're full", I explained to her that I had asked the day before and they had approved, she was closed off, insensitive, didn't want to help and first of all she answered: "No", after I insisted she finally bothered to check what my room was and suddenly the answer was "Yes". This whole story made me feel unnecessarily bad if only the clerk really cared!

Good enough for an overnight near the airport charged for breakfast and was a buffet that didn't get replenished quickly if a big party of guests got there before you

I thought it said free transfers but they charge each way.at 150 thb The transfer bus didn't pick up at the marked pickup stop at the airport it was one more road over from the concorse which meant i had to ring the hotel and they told the next driver to find me . The hotel also wanted a deposit on the room in cash of 500 thb

A super location, just 5 minutes from local fruit and food markets. We loved exploring the local markets and being surprised at how cheap everything was compared to Koh Samui! The pool is open until late (10pm?) so it's great to be able to have a dip after you arrive - we arrived at 6pm and enjoyed our after-dinner swim. There was even under-appreciated live music which was super. They let us drink beer close to/in the pool which was nice. Free transfer was as advertised, on-time and without hassle. Check in and check out was painless, except....

To pay by card would have cost 4% more.

The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was quite humble, but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. I stayed here for a few hours to catch up on sleep and take a shower on arrival in Thailand after a long flight journey. Close to the airport, inexpensive, comfortable.

I would have appreciated more specific details on shuttle pick up times at the airport. I ended up waiting quite a long time standing on the sidewalk when I could have relaxed in the arrivals lounge.

The hotel was booked for a short stay of a few hours before departure. The hotel is modest but clean. The air conditioning worked and didn't stink. Very affordable price for accommodation with breakfast. Free transfer to the airport. There is a swimming pool, bar and restaurant on site. I used the restaurant - the food was good and at good prices. Bar prices are also affordable. The service was nice and helpful. Street food nearby.

Generally, there is not much to do in the area. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel for a short stay to prepare for departure or to rest after arrival.

Not sure why this place has such a low rating - I thought it was great for its purpose (short stay near the airport) and nice overall! Room was good, big, comfy, and we never got charged for a spare bed for the kid. The common areas are cool too - reception, nice little pool, decent restaurant. We checked out at midday but had to wait for almost 10 hours till our flight and we felt quite comfortable hanging around. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the overall vibe was pleasant. I would stay there again.

Breakfast could do with a bit more options (muesli/cereal, at least) and better coffee, but it’s optional and there’s probably a few restaurants a short walk away.

Very convenient airport shuttle - friendly and helpful staff - revamped restaurant and menu. Bed very comfortable and good TV reception and many varied channels to watch. A 7 eleven store very close by.

Water and kettle provided but no cups or coffee/tea sachets available in the room. It would make a really significant improvement to the room facilities if these were provided.

The hotel isn’t fancy, but it’s exactly what it’s supposed to be: a convenient place to stay near the airport. The staff are very accommodating of things like unusual or unexpected departure/arrival times, and they kindly allowed my friend and I to take different shuttles at no additional charge because we had very different flight times. Also, there’s an excellent, non-touristy night market about a 15-minute walk away - highly recommended for a first or last meal in Thailand.

The restaurant was just OK and a bit overpriced, though it certainly wasn’t bad.

Overall, serves its purpose well. Comfy bed, AC, nice outdoor area and restaurant.

I do not recommend getting an airport pick up with them. Instructions you receive are not accurate, a message I sent beforehand asking for more specific instructions got replied to two weeks after my stay😂, and I had to call the reception for details while my parents were at the airport waiting. They waited and waited to no avail and got a taxi in the end. In short, it was a mess with a lot of broken communication.
