Helpful staff and professional hotel shuttle service (round trip 300 BHT) from and to the airport even very early in the morning. 5 minutes walk to a large open night market. Quiet location inside a residential area.

Confusion pickup from the airport, until a kind person had to call my shuttle and I had to wait total of 20+ minutes. Lots of traffic because of highway construction which took about an hour to travel probably 3 miles distance.

the location is great. i was in BKK for 16 hrs transit and decided to stay overnight nearby the airport. the shuttle bus for pick up and drop off at airport is convenient for the travelers. the location of the hotel is nice. there is Suvarnabhumi night market close by the hotel.(but close at 9 pm) there is another food corner close later. 2 7-11 convenience stores are close by. the closest massage shop also close at 9 pm, but if you walk a little bit further. some close at 11 pm or 12:00. very very economic price for Thai massage. 1 hr 250 THB...

Very close to the airport with a reasonably priced shuttle service to and from. The Suvarnabhumi night market is a short walk away. There are all sorts of facilities nearby. I recommend going to the Hua Takhe Old Market, which is about 1.5km away. It is a group of traditional wooden houses with balconies built over the canal. The houses have been converted to bars and cafes. It is open during the day. Perfect overnight stay if you have an early flight out of Bangkok.

It was noisy because of the constant flights out of the airport. Not overbearingly noisy, but still... Make sure to remind the reception to give you a wakeup call (if you need it), they missed mine; but luckily I had set an alarm anyway.

Staff were all very friendly, and we felt very welcome. It’s especially nice when you get there after a long flight and everyone is so kind and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was just what we needed. I thought the rooms were very pretty and traditional feeling, with nice little amenities. I would stay here again.

The mattress was super hard. I personally enjoy a firm bed but my partner had a hard time sleeping. And it’s not the hotel’s fault but there was a very loud karaoke party happening somewhere in the neighborhood until very early into the morning. I would still stay here again, but maybe not on a Saturday.

For our group of 13, going to Bhutan, The Orchid horel shuttle was on time and Tuee at the desk, along with NeNey were treasures, accommodating all our groups' questions and preferences, and with gentle courtesy and offering additional key sightseeing recommendations. Some of our group arrived three days in advance of Bhutan, and also some of oyr group stayed 2-3 days after Bhutan. Very, very convenient, 10 minutes from the Internation Airport. Great bed, shower, and swimming pool! Charles and Marla Simmons.

Everything was brilliant, and excellent value.

Close to the airport with 24h hour reception.. I stayed only for a couple of hours after landing in Bangkok in the middle of the night, but it was a great place to get some rest and continue to the city the next day. The rooms was nice and clean, however I didn't see much of the other facilities in the hotel.

The set breakfast I ordered from the menu (toast, bacon, sausage, small salad, eggs, coffee, water and orange juice) cost 179 baht (€4,60). For a vegetarian a bit steep, because as a non meat eater I asked to leave out the bacon and sausage (I would suggest to include a vegetarian meal on the menu) Two visible stray black hairs on the bathroomfloor Few English tv/filmchannels In the background noise of departing/landing airplanes but overall not keeping you awake or really disturbing

It's showing some signs of aging bit it's still got some charm, and the service and staff are Thai good. Good points; super clean, good room facilities, location near airport, bed and mattress (Typical SE Asia rock hard), breakfast, value

Bad points: no elevator for upstairs rooms (so I paid 300 baht extra for upgrade to ground floor bigger room), near airport noise, shower wets bathroom floor. It's not their fault, but main road roadworks can give you a very slow trip from the airport. My trip took nearly an hour.

Hotel responded immediately to my request for a first (ground) floor room when I booked as my wife had a bad back. Check in speedy, friendly efficient staff. Comfortable room, bed was nice and firm. AC worked well, TV reception not the best but I'm not there to watch TV :-) Breakfast was very good, set you up nicely for the day. Egg, bacon, sausage, toast and salad, juice, coffee and water. My wife had fried rice instead of the fry up which she enjoyed. Although we were on the first floor near reception we did not have any issues with noise from the corridor. Shuttle service to the airport departures was excellent. There is a small pool there as well if you fancy a dip!! There is a market nearby to explore, we did not as we were quite late

The roadworks on the main road near the hotel make the journey from the airport 10-15 mins longer than it should be at the moment. No impact from the roadworks with getting to the airport and no noise impact at the hotel as the road is a few hundred meters from the hotel.

Stayed just for one night. Easy to get in touch with the driver to the hotel. And made appointment to the airport next day. No delays. Peaceful. Friendly staff. Room was clean and nice with complimentary water, coffee and tea. Good AC. Shower was small but it worked well with water pressure. I decided not to have breakfast - early flight next day. Close to the market. Lobby with AC was nice and a sweet hammock in the corner.

One night stay - nothing to complain.
