The hotel is lovely with restaurants on site and a great pool in the bar area. Amazing Spa snd massage facilities on site too. Our initial room on arrival was not as expected for a 5 star hotel. The Manager did agree and upgrade our room. We were also given complimentary massages. Our new room was much more as expected. The staff were extremely helpful. Location was good

Initial room was poor for 5 star. We talked with the Manager and were upgraded to a lovely room and staff were very helpful. We ordered room service on our second night using the QR code app supplied in our room which confirmed the order. After we waited an hour we called to be told the app was not working. It was then too late to go out for dinner or re order. We spoke to the manager the following day who was extremely apologetic and offered lunch and drinks to compensate. Any issues we encountered were rectified by the staff quickly. The app/food issue was just unfortunate but annoying sll the same.

Great location, great staff, great room and amenities. Huge room for such a central location. Breakfast is good - friendly staff and good options.

Nothing really. 2nd stay at the hotel, and just as good as first time. First time just my wife and I, and this time with my wife and daughter.

It’s comfortable, the staffs are friendly and helpful when I first arrived at the hotel. Breakfast is situated at a breathtaking 17th floor and the quality served is impeccable. The rooms are tidied very well and the staffs have accommodated to my requests even before my stay right down to extending my check out timing as I was running late. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable in bkk at Hansar! I’ll definitely recommend and return!

Central location with good transport links. Staff were exceptional and attentive. The concierge who booked us in and helped us with our queries was most helpful and polite. Pom our cleaner did an excellent job the room was spotless. Breakfast was lovely with a large selection. The bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced. Thank you all

The pool was a bit to cold

I loved the customer service that I received from the hotel; thank you JAY for making it a wonderful experience. Initially, it felt rather unpleasant due to the uncomfortable bed and a minor communication issue. The team helped provide me with a swift solution, replacing my bed and room for comfort. I must say I didn't expect this. They even helped with providing a laundry service for my clothes, we managed to get it done, but the team was accommodating. Thank you for making our anniversary great at your hotel. Although I am a Marriot Bonvoy member, I would return to Hansar for Bangkok. It is next to the metro and also a 7 11 shop. P.S. I had the best message at the Spa and have tried other hotels; if you stay at Hansar, you need to try their Spa.

The only remark would be the language challenge in speaking English with some staff. I would look into providing a dine-in service 24h they currently do not have. Also, adding a shataf (toilet hose), some of the hotels in Thailand have this now, which I expect now in hotels.

Great location, efficient staff, amazing hotel food! The room service was fabulous and we always came back to a neat and tidy room, they’d organised everything we’d leave in the bathroom or main living area. My birthday was during this trip and when I came back to the room, there was a sweet tray with chocolates and a happy birthday message. I’d definitely stay with Hansar again.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that breakfast stopped at sharp 11 AM. I was looking forward to having it one day and called them but they said they didn’t serve it past 11 AM. A suggestion would be to keep it till at least 12 PM.

A Fantastic find in the middle of Bangkok, surrounded by well know international 5* brand hotels, within easy walking distance to local sights and shopping precincts. Great value for money to be able to have a one bedroom suite for the same price a king room in a neighbouring international brand hotel. Decor and size of the room was great and representative of the local culture. Good breakfast on the 12th floor terrace with good views.

Could not really fault anything.

The staff and service were excellent, made for an accommodating stay. Our suite was well furnished and good-sized. The breakfast was a rolling menu buffet style. There are on-site spa facilities, and they offer a very professional service and prices are very reasonable. My only downside is that I didn't utilise more of their services.

The bed was a little short, I'm just over 6 feet tall, and I had to push the lounge away from the bottom of the bed to extend my legs. Not a turn-off, I would hands down stay at this hotel again. Thank you, staff and management.

Gorgeous hotel interior. Room aircon was so good. Toilet and room was spacious. The bed was so comfy and everything abt the room was so good. The breakfast spread changed during our three nights stay so we could enjoy a variety. The wait staff were welcoming and friendly. Awesome.

Hotel is abit away from the city but it made the place v quiet. Cab is cheap in Bangkok so just grab everywhere

The room was very nice and spacious, the bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and the shower was exceptional. Breakfast was good too, would have preferred more variety, but all in all it was a pleasant experience.

The tv was old and outdated, we could not netflix and chill in the nights. This was the only negative we experienced at the hotel.
