We enjoyed our stay great location, amazing breakfast specially they care to provide Halal food for Muslim big thanks to Chef Golf.

The hotel needs to check the work of the cleaning staff as it’s not done the way it supposed to be for a five star hotel.  We checked in in a room that was not clean. We have seen the difference only after complaining.. We enjoyed our stay but Hotel needs to focus checking the work of the cleaning staff and also vacuuming the Corredor‘s.

Breakfast is wonderful, room is spacious and clean. Facilities are good, enjoyed the gym a lot. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Multiple places to eat at a hotel. Also, there is 7eleven downstairs. Wifi worked well, too (used it for video calls). Just 7min walk to the train.

The check in process was probably the longest we've ever had. I'm really not sure what takes so long. And it wasn't only for us, it was also for people in front of us. Also, we arrived after 4pm, we needed to still wait for the room. Room's AC is weird - keeps switching on and off, sometimes too cold, then gets too warm, we lacked the balance. And the pool area is definitely too small for such big hotel. I don't know why they also allow walk in day passes by the pool - I feel it is unfair for stay in guests.

First of all, the location is just perfect. It‘s next to all kinds of public transport. Nearby is the Lumphini-Park and it is located also just next to CentralWorld, Gaysorn-Shopping and other big malls. Not only for shopping but for excellent food from streetfood till fine dining. The room was excellent clean and well soundproofed for great sleep. The bed was very cozy too. The breakfast buffet is done really from the heart of the chef and her team. Everything is very detailed presented and made sure that you will be satisfied. The pool has a nice view over the surrounding city and it is beautiful place to enjoy a nice sunset. The gym has anything you need for a holiday-workout and the sauna has been a great relaxation-plus after a long walking day. On our checkout-day we had very late flight. We could use pool, sauna and shower also after checking out. That gave our holiday-experience a wonderful end:) The whole team from the reception, gym, breakfast, janitory has been outstanding kind, respectful and made as at anytime feeling comfortable and enjoying our stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

I like the hotel atmospher and the all facilities are perfect and I enjoyed for 11 nights with my family. There is the supermarket is opened for 24 hrs, and the staff are kindly and respectful. The location of the hotel close to bts chit lom is just 5min walk on feet. The breakfast are very nice and delicious and there is small cafe couter breakfast area which provide us all types of drink and juices. This is a third times I stayed in this hotel And I will stay more and more in future.

Just I have one comments, I hope to improve the cleaning service because im person obsess with cleaning.

I like the size of room and the sofa and how the bed is comfortable, The location is very quiet and near to different places, The staff were very helpful,

I don’t think it reach the 5 star hotel for many reasons: 1- the reception and the lobby are so simple 2- I have been for 3 nights and they didn’t change the bed linens throughout the stay, even though I asked them to change it at the night 2, 3- The breakfast was not the perfect one, and the breakfast staff struggled to deal with many people at the weekends. 4- I don’t like the conduct of the chef when he cocked the omelette as he used the same stir spoon for every omelette he done even though the different of choice toppings - as I am muslim and I can not eat ham or bork and he use the same stir spoon for my omelette and the other customer who ordered the omelette with bork.

- Awesome breakfast, good mix of asian and western cuisine - Very helpful staff with good English - 7-eleven right in front of the hotel - Good location (that may be subjective), you can use Grab, wave taxi, or walk roughly 5 minutes to Chit Lom station (BTS) or Ratchadamri station (train). - Walkable distance to malls, such as CentralWorld and Central Embassy (good for food and shopping)

There was smell from drain in bathroom first few days but then disappeared. I am sure hotel would do something about it if we mentioned that.

Large rooms and very clean. Staff are helpfull and kind. Breakfast has variety of food and the hall was impressive. Location is 10 minutes from chit lom bts station. Make sure to order king size bed if booked through booking.com as standard rooms may come as twin beds/king size whatever is available at the moment. Anyways offered us to change room without add. cost. No minibar though 7-eleven is just nearby the hotel. Recomend it and will definitly return on our next visit.

Give only 1 room card. You need to use it to go up the elevator so you room cant stay cool on hot season. Booked through booking.com allows standard room but cant choose king size. We got twin room anf was a bit disapointed. Offered to change the room the next day w/o cost.

buffet breakfast is so delicious infinity pool is amazing staffs are friendly

house keeping do not have standards , everyday is missing something in the room , for example , towels , toilet paper the hotel celebrate my birthday by sending me a chocolate mousse cake , but the staff haven’t put the cake in fridge while we were out for shopping , the cake end up melted, imagine a chocolate mousse cake melted looks like 🤣💩

Extremely clean and well-kept. Toilets were clean, beds were comfy. Housekeeping did a good job! Staff mostly polite. Pickup at airport for test and go package was quick. PCR test done in one of the rooms once we checked in. There is an air purifier in the room as well.

almost gave this place 10/10 but I was very disappointed that our PCR test results were out but the front desk DID NOT call us. staff said results will be out in 6 hours. only till we called them in 7.5 hrs, they just told us we were clear. we had been waiting and waiting for the call. guess what? the email only came at 10th hour. pls know that time is of the essence for travellers and should make it a point to call us immediately when results are out. as reflected on the report, results actually done in 3 hrs so i was really quite upset abt this.

Swimming Pool and Gym facilities looks great with a beautiful view of the city. Has a convenient store, Starbucks, F&B and massage shops around the corner. Overall, very convenient location situated amongst many surrounding hotels and shopping malls, would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again! :)
