I like how the room looks like specially the view from my balcony at night cause there’s a big digital billboard that we love staring at while we smoke cannabis. The place and surrounding area is also quiet. Check-in was also easy cause it’s DIY, they just leave a note on the desk. Breakfast is also included but I didn’t get to try it cause I always wake up late.

I understand that there is no elevator since it’s just a guesthouse, but I really didn’t like the water pressure, it clearly has a problem and it’s annoying when you take a shower the water goes on and off approximately every 5 seconds and when it does turn on again, the water is too hot. Also the aircon isn’t that cool, but that’s ok.

Location is amazing, very near to shops and BTS station. 3 choices for breakfast and staff on hand at all times to serve you. The room is very comfortable and enjoyed having a small balcony.

For me it was a little noisy at night with traffic outside, but I am a light sleeper. And at the moment there is some building work going on next door during the day . But if you are here for sight seeing and not in the room during the day it's fine. The room has no smoke detectors and didn't see any fire extinguishers, with having a kitchen this is essential, in case of fire and the property is not staffed at night.

The room was pleasant and tidy. Very welcoming. Walking distance to groceries and several modes of transportation. Breakfast every day is also good. Accommodation that is both affordable and comfortable.

There is no elevator or lift. However, a few steps wouldn't hurt.

The room we stayed in was overall very good. The common areas are well kept as well.

There’s construction going on next to the property, as a light sleeper, our rest got disturbed by the loud noise and drilling.

Really convenient location not too far from the iconism. Quite and not too expensive. Free breakfast too was good even though i didn’t use the facilities.

No lift so if you have a suitcase you gotta carry it up. And I was on the fourth floor.

it’s near to public transportation like train and ferry. Robinsons and 7/11 is nearby. Breakfast was good and presentable. the owner and the staff are super friendly. there’s common kitchen that you can use 24/7. I love the sitting area especially during breakfast. totally recommended for our next stay in the future.

Good value for money and very close to public transport.

There was construction going on at the time, so not really anything that can be done about it, but it was loud. Only at daytime though.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and clean, and the other tenants on that night were mindful. Best ratio price / sleep quality so far in Bangkok for me.

A bit muggy and hot at the reception when I checked in; a bigger fan would be a good idea 💡

Good location near Saphan Taksin - easy to use the skytrain and boat trsnsport. We had simple, but quiet room with little balcony. In hotel is possibility to use the kitchen.
