So happy to be back in this hotel after few years. The staff is always extremely nice. The location of the hotel is just perfect: so many restaurants around, BTS station (easy transportation to BKK airport), ferry pier (Sathorn Pier). Rooms are specious and clean. Swimming pool area is amazing!

Wi-Fi could be a little bit better and some things in rooms might need some renovations. But it was not a big thing for me. I still love this hotel.

Big rooms, big and comfy bed, shower and bathtub great, 2 water bottles every day, water boiler with coffee and teabags, big fridge, silent air conditioner, quiet rooms due to soundproof windows. Good breakfast buffett (not many choices but tasty). Nice rooftop area with pool, small gym, sunbeds and tables, trees and a nice view of the city. Big parking lot. Location close to MRT station and to the Sathon Pier where you can take the Chao Phraya tourist boat or the Orange Line to Phra Athit and then walk 10 minutes to Khao San Road.

Bad WiFi, safe deposit box not attached to the furniture, only a few Thai TV channels but not one English channel, hangers too big for T-shirts only useable for shirts and jackets, no balcony. The area around the hotel isn’t nice in my opinion, but there’s a shopping mall, a local market and a few small restaurants nearby

I arrived around 19:30 24 November. The receptionist welcomed me warmly on arrival. I didn't meet him in my next days, but I want to sent him my appreciation and praise for his support and lovely attitude. I hope he will still be there if I come back Bangkok. Also, I want to send my praise to the housekeeping in charge of my floor on 25, 26 and 27 November. She was so lovely and I'd love to see her again in my next stay. The location of the hotel is near Saphan Taksin BTS station which was really convenient for me to travel around Bangkok and for my friend to come and visit me during my stay. Sanyod restaurant with great Cantonese cuisine also served my hungry stomach so well for my lazy evening.

You should change the air conditioning system to the new and modern one for more convenient in use and better look. The furniture also needs to be renovate and upgrade for better look and better guest experience.

The pool area was very good you could buy a coffee and food n alcohol. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good Western n Thai.

The rooms were comfortable a little bit tired looking could use abit of a spruce up shower was good but you had to step into the bath for the shower could be a problem for some bathroom door needs fixing couldn't close properly but overall good value for the price.

The hotel's strong points include its location (near the BTS station and city boats, easy access from the airport & easy access to the main tourist spots), spacious rooms, and large beds (which are very big and comfortable). Another advantage is the breakfast (typical hotel fare, varied food, and always on time) and the service - the staff are very friendly and helpful, with the restaurant personnel being exemplary.

A drawback of the rooms is the noisy air conditioning, as well as slightly dated fixtures like the bathtub, shower, and furniture. However, these are not major issues.

Brilliant place to stay and excellent value for money. Train station and hop on - hop off boat are both a 10 min walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The boat is great as its cool and there is no traffic. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket not far. Beat local.reaturants were Pa Song Pee Nong and Baan Glang Soi (both about 2 min from the hotel). Nailin Kitchen has great food also but is a little more expensive. Breakfast at hotel.was great, as was the roof pool. I Reccomend doing a taxi tour to the Summer Palace and Ayutthaya. Cost us 2,000 THB return for the day using a taxi from the hotel and was well worth it! Taxi stayed with us the entire day and stopped wherever we wanted along the way before dropping us back.

Very close to a perfect stay. Only things that were a bit annoying is that they tried to put us in a room we hadn't booked (downgrade) for no change in price. When you're travelling with a baby, just got off an 11 hour flight and it's midnight, you just want the room you booked. They gave us the room we booked in the end which was perfect. We also booked a room that had a fully stocked kitchen. But It had no plates, bowls, cutlery, etc, so we had to ask every time we wanted any. Concierge and reception never answered phone so we always had to walk to reception to do anything.

I loved that it was just a short walk to the pier and the train station, which made it very easy for me to get around. The room was huge, loved that! Staff were really friendly and nice, even if the language barrier made it harder.

The shower in my bathroom constantly ran all over the floor, it would run along the edge of the bath and then pour off the end onto the floor. It didn't matter what I tried, it still happened. Was quite frustrating!

Convenience. The location is close to shops, spa, restaurants, train station etc. It also provides good streets for walking. The room, 810, is spacious and well maintained, great city view.

Internet connectivity is very weak.

Tasty breakfast, you could have eggs or omlet made to you order. Staff in restaurant and reception very friendly and helpful. Room great size, comfy bed and warm shower. The roof pool had imazing views and good bar.

Our room needed a bit of TLC, but still clean and in good condition, we had everything we needed....we couldn't ask for more for the price we paid.

Location is close to Sathorn pier an Skytrain so you can easy travel arond the city. We were upgraded how we visit them twice in same month. Got complete flat instead of room. Hotel is very comfortable.

Most of hotels in Thailand would need a bit better maintence. Stears from street to entrance of this hotel are too steep.
