The place is nice overall, cozy & clean. BTS station is literally right in front of the door, also is Starbucks and the coffee club which is a very big well known highly rated chain Coffee/bar/restaurant with delicious food for convenient breakfast before the real authentic Thai food explorations. There's also a midsized mart next to Starbucks.

Though it's right next to BTS station but it's the Pra Khanong station which is quite far from the main fun part of Sukhumvit, 6 or 7 stations from, Siam, Chit Lom. It's quite time consuming riding the sky train going back and forth.

BTS Train link stairs immediately outside the front door. Can’t get any closer than that! The room was very nice, good wifi, good air conditioner, good hot water shower. There was a shared kitchen and cute sitting area you could use, with free drinking water tap and free snacks. The decoration of the hotel was also really cute! The staff were also really good, helping watch/hold our baby and toddler while we rushed to carry all our luggage down the stairs to our van so we didn’t miss our plane at DMK.

Unless you get a room on the ground floor, not the best place to stay if you have LOTS of luggage and only staying a couple of nights as there is no elevator and the stairs are a little narrow and steep. But that was my mistake for not realizing that. We did get lots of exercise! Even so, the staff was wonderful, helping carry our light luggage/carry one down the stairs and watching our baby girl and toddler son while we carried our heavy luggage down the stairs. We might have missed our flight if not for their help with the kids.

The most comfy bed ever! I have a good night sleep everyday. The room is quite big and can approximately accommodate 6 people. The location is one minute away the BTS station Phra Khanong which saves us a lot of time and energy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You can see many lovely details in the hometel design. Very recommended.

The toilet is sometimes clogged. The water pressure of the water-tap in the bathroom is pretty weak (the staff helps fix it quickly). It takes some time for the room to cool off.

The place was very clean and I liked that they provided so much for us. The shared kitchen with breakfast food and a few snacks for the kids plus free laundry facilities was a fantastic addition to the cute decor and clean suite. I liked that it was super close to the BTS which made it very accessible to all the places we wanted to go. There’s also a great little massage place next door which is also very decently priced.

I wish there was an elevator. I came here with my elderly parents and our suite was almost at the very top. It was tiresome for them to go up and down the stairs every time we wanted to go out and it was especially difficult bringing our luggage up and down.

Everything! - Excellent location, loved it. Great street food down the road that served vegetarian options (go to Sukhumvit and turn right, walk a little and you'll see the sign). - SO close to the BTS, which is air conditioned and really easy to use so don't be intimidated. (But have cash for the tickets.) - lovely room with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower and nice smelling amenities. - having free use of the washing machine and dryer was great. - loved the complimentary breakfast, milk, coffee and afternoon snacks. Such a nice touch.

If other guests were noisy you could hear them clearly, but there are earplugs in the room.

The property had a cosy and cute ambiance, with thoughtful decorations throughout, which added a charming touch. The room was spacious and provided all the necessary comforts, including a bunk bed for our children and a comfortable bed for us. The air conditioning throughout the hotel was a welcome relief from the Bangkok heat. A notable feature was the mezzanine level, where guests could find a variety of snacks and beverages. It offered a convenient place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's location was very convenient, situated close to the BTS station, making it easy to access various attractions and explore the city. Overall, our experience at this hotel was positive, and we would consider staying here again for future trips to Bangkok. Thank you for the comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Very clean. Great location especially for BTS access and tasty street food/covenient stores. We had the family suite which was perfect w little kids. Common spaces was convient for meals/coffee/tea and board games were nice surprise. Also, the washer and dryer was helpful. There is no elevator but stairs are short and compact. No issue for us.

With little kids, we didn't let them sleep on the top bunk. Would be great if there was a security rail to prevent falls. Not a big issue for us as the couch was folded down for a bed. Lastly, some of the rooms were under construction. The room directly above had a bunch of noise in the morning as a result of the remodeling which woke up the late sleepers in our group.

Hide and seek hometel was a very pleasant surprise. Perfect location just 2 minutes from cafés and metro station. Very clean and nicely decorated, it gives you the sensation that you are at home. Many little details that make a huge difference, from different names of fairytale for each room to a guide with things to do around Bangkok. Comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Since it doesn't give you the option of breakfast, they have a nice kitchen with seating area where you can prepare coffee , chocolate or tea and have some snacks. And all that for free. It makes you feel welcomed! We are going back for sure! Keep up with the good work!

The only thing that could be improved is the curtains that are not black out and let the light inside ... but it is sth common in Thailand and at the end, you get used to it!

Such great value for money. The place is lovely, spacious, particularly good for families but also great for couples. The duplex was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen with cereals in the morning , coffee / tea and filtered water. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The BTS is around the corner. There are good restaurants a couple of BTS stops away.

We didn’t find so much to do in the immediate surrounding, so needed to take the BTS / taxi everywhere. It was fine for us, but worth keeping in mind.

We enjoyed the size and setup of the room. Was great for a family of 4 and super convenient. Very clean and everything was functioning.

We were not oriented by the staff on the use of the kitchen, breakfast amenities, washing machine etc. Everything we needed was available but the staff could have just explained us a few practicalities upon arrival. The only nuisance is that the windows are not sound proof so if you are sensitive to noise, they provide a set of ear plugs as you can hear the constant noise of the city (traffic) during the night.
