The hotel is very smart and clean but little bit far from the buzzling centre.Mr Khun The front desk manager is really very good in solving all the issues.The rooms are very compact,well decorated good for 2 people but if it needs to fit 3 then it would become clumsy.

the wifi connection was very weak on 7th floor which was ultimatelu solved on the 2nd day of my stay..the breakfast is a bit monotonous which really needs some modifications.The washroom is lttle bit less spacious.Another drawback is that they dont have any swimming pool.

Location is a bit far from the sky train, shopping mall and the night market.

The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, meeting our expectations and providing a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff deserves a special mention for their meticulous service. The breakfast served was delicious, adding a delightful start to our day. We were particularly grateful to the hotel staff for their flexibility in allowing early check-in on a payment basis, which greatly eased our travel schedule. In conclusion, our stay at the hotel was pleasant and satisfying. From the strategic location to the commendable service and delicious food, everything was up to the mark. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel featured a rooftop area, which could have been a great spot for relaxation or enjoying a panoramic view of the surroundings. However, it remained closed for the majority of our stay. The reason for this was not communicated to us, which was a bit disappointing. We hope that the hotel management addresses this issue for future guests to fully enjoy all the amenities offered by the hotel.

Breakfast was good but little confused with Chicken Ham etc. For Muslims you may please indicate Halal. Cleanliness was good but house keeping was under staffed. There was only one old lady to look after the whole floor of 48 rooms! She was good but, I felt it was too much for her. The room was good well planned, bathroom congested with very small commode, uncomfortable. Sliding door for shower enclosure will restrict water splash all around.

Bathroom commode and position of mirror lights. With the present position of lights it is uncomfortable to shave, the lights are from over the head. A light may be fixed in front to see the face properly. I had to stay 3 more nights but charged high for the extended stay. The hotel reception asked for more money for extended booking but through Booking.com it was reduced!

The most amazing part of this stay was the STAFF. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I was in the unenviable position of traveling by myself for a surgery, but everyone was very kind to me, made sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated that as I was on my own. AND the bed was very comfortable.

The facilities are a bit dated, when someone stayed next door to me (only one night) it was very loud. I could hear all the movement they made and their conversation. It could have been that there was an adjoining door. They need a remodel and no microwave, just a mini fridge.

The receptionist Baipool was exceptional. I arrived an hour after an eye operation to discover I had booked a room for October not September. Baipool efficiently sorted out the problem and even helped me with the reservation at my next hotel. She was calm, efficient and very professional, everything a one-eyed worried guest needed. Please pass on my gratitude.

The restaurant has the ambiance of a YMCA cafe and the food is very average.

Clean room, quietness, good breakfast options, laundry service is good but pricey in my opinion. Lots of shops near the hotel, like laundry, pharmacy, and a halal restaurant.

The room price was a little bit high in my opinion compared to its space. Breakfast can be improved, there is a hospital nearby so maybe that's why the rooms have these prices. The location is not so great but not that terrible either.

The hotel is close to Bangkok Hospital and I stayed there because I needed to be close to the hospital. For those who want to travel in Bangkok, the hotel is 20 minutes away from the center by taxi. The hotel itself is really comfortable and practical, the room is well equipped, the dining room located in the lobby serves delicious and excellent fresh food, both at breakfast and lunch/dinner

Loved everything about this hotel. The location, their services, rooms, food and all the staff were super sweet and nice. This was my second time with them. And the fact that the hotel is very near to Bangkok hospital made it the best choice for us.
