Breakfast was good but little confused with Chicken Ham etc. For Muslims you may please indicate Halal. Cleanliness was good but house keeping was under staffed. There was only one old lady to look after the whole floor of 48 rooms! She was good but, I felt it was too much for her. The room was good well planned, bathroom congested with very small commode, uncomfortable. Sliding door for shower enclosure will restrict water splash all around.

Bathroom commode and position of mirror lights. With the present position of lights it is uncomfortable to shave, the lights are from over the head. A light may be fixed in front to see the face properly. I had to stay 3 more nights but charged high for the extended stay. The hotel reception asked for more money for extended booking but through Booking.com it was reduced!

The hotel is close to Bangkok Hospital and I stayed there because I needed to be close to the hospital. For those who want to travel in Bangkok, the hotel is 20 minutes away from the center by taxi. The hotel itself is really comfortable and practical, the room is well equipped, the dining room located in the lobby serves delicious and excellent fresh food, both at breakfast and lunch/dinner

We liked the breakfast. Many guests are Muslims and are confused about chicken ham and pork. If possible a term like "Halal" may be used for easy understanding of Muslims. Overall cleanliness was good. Our room was great!

The property is located with Bangkok Hospital complex building. if you want to visit the hospital, you can call shuttle from hotel or hospital for transportation back and fore. The property is very new and facilities enough the needs for staying. Parking lot is safe and big enough for big SUV. The staff are welcome and helpful very much. This is the first property that I gave full score within 3months for 10hotels.

clean rooms average size, good location for airport, but slightly far from BTS or metro train station. breakfast very good. good facilities in lobby area nice roof deck and small gym ok too.

slightly slow with room service - on one occasion I physically went to the front desk to inquire what was happening. otherwise all as you’d expect from IHG.

The location to Bangkok Hospital was very good, very close by for medical travel this is a perfect place.

When I arrived, although I confirmed to pay for early checking, it was not in the system. But they helped to get the rooms as soon as available

1 room key for 2 people is a bit difficult. so a 2nd one would be great. and Hotel doesn’t give Ambassador points, despite being on the IHG listing. a bit irritating. also the floor we were on was super noise by other guests, mainly accompanying family of people in nearby hospital. not the hotels fault, but did disturbe a good sleep.

This hotel was near the Bangkok Hospital, and the hotel is very clean; however, there are limited facilities at the hotel and a limited Arabic restaurant near by. Also, it is isolated from the shopping mall. However, the value of money is great. Also, breakfast is acceptable.

Shopping centers and Arabic restaurants are not nearby.

breakfast item is ok but almost same menu daily, need change of menu with more variety without basic items. almost everyday fruit dish finished and filled very lately, need more quick service.

1st of all the location is very nice who are going to BKK hospital for treatment. breakfast good but keep HALAL food and mentioned. clean and room comfortable. Overall nice.
