Very good location, nice and quiet area considering its central almost, close to public transport BTS, just nice and chill, and there are taxi drivers that hang outside will ask politely if you need their service, always said no, asked for taxi last day, they sorted me out cheap and found a person for me to share with

Ummm bugs (I never opened windows or balcony), there was little things in bathroom and toilet flying, and then the mosquitos which I became buffet to, told hotel staff and asked for them to have a spray around and they did, managed to get rid of them, until last day as a leaving gift one got me right in middle of forehead as a leaving gift at swimming pool. Oh swimming pool is direct view of hotel rooms where people was watching me from their bed (little creepy) no fault of hotel

General layout of room is nice. Room light control device was really cool. Staff helped me understand how it works. Staff was very accomodating, polite and professional

Location is deep in the Soi. Hotel does not have restaurant or coffee shop. Bed was not comfortable for me, but that may just be because of my back. It was firm and most travelers would be ok with the beds.

Plenty of places for breakfast close by with more options so didn't have b/fast at hotel. I had a superior room with small balcony for fresh air which is an added bonus. Location is excellent for nightlife and shopping. The hotel also offers shuttle to main road 800-900 meters which is very handy 2-3 times daily.

Balcony could have been bigger. Breakfast was from Hotel next door, they don't have their own kitchen. Expressway is close so you some times get noisy vehicles late at night or early morning.

The walls were a bit thin you could hear conversations in the next room - but overall the hotel was quiet

During my time at the conclave in Bangkok, I had the pleasure of staying in room 504. Each afternoon, upon returning, I was greeted by the comforting sight of a beautifully cleaned and well-maintained room. The attention to detail in maintaining the room added a layer of comfort and serenity to my stay. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the hotel staff for their exceptional service. Their kindness and helpfulness were remarkable, especially in arranging taxi transportation and assisting with locating booked venues. Their efforts ensured that I was always on time for my engagements. The staff's professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction played a significant role in making my stay both enjoyable and stress-free. Their warm hospitality greatly enhanced my experience at the event, and for that, I am truly grateful.

Check-in was very easy, especially given my later arrival. Air conditioning was flawless and other room amenities (shower, bathroom, closets) were more than ample. Also, housekeeping services were attentive and considerate.

The balcony was effectively cosmetic; terrifyingly small for a 6'1ft person despite a beautiful view of Bangkok. Didn't sight the complimentary tuktuk shuttle at all (although admittedly I didn't ask for one, the walk to the main street is quick and mostly shaded).

A room at this hotel is a good bang for your buck. I enjoyed a very reasonably priced, clean and spacious room with all the facilities that you would expect from a 4-star hotel (including access to Netflix on the TV). The cherry on top of the cake is the location - the hotel sits in a safe street that's an easy walk away from a supermarket, cafes, Starbucks, McDonald's, and a short (hence cheaper) Grab/cab ride away from local Thai food, Chinatown and the shopping district. I'll definitely be back.

Within walking distance to Nana Metro Station and in a sideally past the Marriott Hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom o.k. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer free shuttle service to the main road. We received an upgrade to our room, which was nice.

We didn't receive instruction on how to operate the air-conditioning and the various lights from the switch panel. After help from the staff, we figured out, but unfortunately the air-conditioning was very noisy on any fan speed level.

Staff was very friendly as always, and the whole test and go package was very well arranged, I got to pick the food before I arrived and it was actually very tasty, some great first meals after I had to miss Thailand for two years. I've stayed here multiple times throughout the years, and it's always nice to be back, the location is convenient, the rooms are nice and big, there's a nice rooftop pool, what more do you need?

Pricing was fair, staff were really friendly, helpful… laundry service was good and reasonable priced. Hotel was clean, but some updates should be completed..

There was a rooftop bar, but it wasn’t being used.. pictures of hotel showed pool side shade… but the umbrellas have been removed. Breakfast options were from hotel next door, not a good selection and food was ok.
