The breakfast spread was really good with a variety of very fresh fruit and salad options. There is only 1 person making eggs, so waiting for eggs to is a pain. Even bolied eggs. However, there are other varieties of food to choose from. A shuttle bus which leaves every half hour will take you only to Nana Station. Front desk staff were helpful with arranging a taxi for me and keeping my medications on my behalf. I was mainly there for my yearly doctor visits, and this hotel was completely comfortable, and at least 20mins walk from Bumrungrad International Hospital.

The hotel is not in a very family oriented place. I did not bring my family with this time, but if you know Thailand, this is the culture of how things go. The streets heading towards the hotel are lined up with many bars and entertainment. I never felt unsafe walking back to the hotel in the later part of the evening. I did, however, enjoy watching how the men would be lured in. If you are looking for a family oriented hotel, this is probably not the place, especially with the nightlife outside in the evening. If you are not going out in the evening then I think the hotel would be suitable then.

Because of the location, you get some dirty people on the ground floor. The hotel needs to ensure a better standard on the ground floor. People sleeping on the chairs with their bare feet on tables. Litter on the furniture.

I like the location, very convenient, convenient to travel.

The room is a bit small. I booked a non-smoking room but was given a room across from the elevator. The smell of cigarettes was so strong it gave me a headache. I don't understand why they don't separate smoking floors and non-smoking floors. It's a 4 star hotel, but there are no toothbrushes in the bathroom. And cutton bud, I have stayed in many 3-star hotels and still have everything provided. This hotel is very bad and the housekeeper is very loud when the other guests in the room haven't woken up at 9 a.m. I am not very impressed.

fantastic overall hotel. rooms were modern with great amenities, out of this world views, helpful staff. what more could you ask for.

the lack of sun-beds on the roof top was poor for a hotel with 24 floors 10 sun beds is pretty poor I did ask the bar staff if they had more and they said no. the only issue with the room was the shower it was extremely weak having stayed in a hostle the night before they had a better shower.

Rooms are really clean and fresh. High floor rooms has nice City view and location of the hotel makes many things easy to do. I offer all to use airport transfer of hotel because they give honest prices and good cars. I have to tell that bed and pillows were really comfortable and big. It was nice to have rest.

Roof pool was closing at 06:00 pm. It is so early:( my daughter planned to swim there after a whole tired day and they said it is already closed:( İt was really surprise for us.. we wanted to have rest and fun at pool after a tired and hot day. I think many guest wish it. Most of hotel pools stay open until midnight.

The Room had a classic feel to it but it was modern and very clean. The outlay of the room was good with decent views of the city. The rooftop area was small but it had a simple charm to it, for example the tables and chairs were close to the pool area which was small in comparison to most hotels. This aside the indoor area allowed you to chill out with the bar ideally located with an offer of soft drinks and Alcohol with cocktail makers on hand. It was very convenient as it was on the end of Soi 4 nana so moving around Bangkok wouldn't be a problem.

Even if you get up early for breakfast it appears to be lukewarm/cold as it's a buffet style affair but maybe that's a small nit pick as to the general feel of the hotel.

Clean and comfy room. Staff are 10 out of 10 especially the concierge bag staff, extremely helpful when my room wasn’t ready.

The shower temperature is cold. Given that Bangkok is always hot this was nice, however I still enjoy a warm shower in the morning. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza via room service and it was not up to scratch. Still okay but expected better. Also the complimentary water was misleading as that there was no such thing. I chose what looked similar in the picture on the check-in desk however still had to pay 180 baht. Lucky I didn’t have the other bottle to use as viable water source to brush my teeth, otherwise would’ve been a expensive exercise.

The location is good, and the reception and concierge were very helpful. The room is clean. The pool was rather small, but it had a great view. The rooftop staff was a little impolite. The reception staff named Prem was very helpful, polite and friendly. The housekeeping staff named Namyen took care of us and our room is commendable for her effort to make our honeymoon stay a little better. We would like the hotel management to award her for her efforts. The location is close to a BTS station.

The TV should be updated to a SMART TV for younger travellers. The TV channels are not friendly for non-English speaking travellers. Other that that, everything is up to standard for your holiday on Thailand.

The staff were great. Nice Roof top pool and bar that had stunning views over Bangkok. Nice place to sit and have an early evening drink. Great location with a good selection of different types of bars and restaurants nearby. And great for Sky Train.

Found the Air Con a bit hit and miss. Took a long time for the room to get down to the required temperature and we were there in relatively cool January. Not too sure what it would be like when it gets really hot in say March / April.etc..

All the staff were top rate. The hotel kindly arranged late check out for us.

Not a lot. There was a self-service pancake machine in the breakfast buffet which was an excellent idea. Unfortunately, there were no instructions on how to use it or even where to find the pancake mixture (it was actually in an unlabelled squeezy bottle). A lady member of staff showed me how to operate it, so I was well set. She was not on hand most of the time and I observed a fair number of disastrous attempts during my stay (I did help when I could).
