It was a really beautiful property with spacious suites. The staff were very friendly and efficient and were keen to tend to all our needs.

The airport pick up with private limousine. We arrived at domestic airport and had to walk all the way to the International section to find that nobody was waiting and we had to wait about 15 minutes for a representative, then a further 10 minutes for the car to arrive. So in all including the 10 minute walk from domestic, we wasted 35 minutes for a private limousine. Why can we not get picked up from the terminal that we landed at as most hotel cars do ?

Location is good. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to a serious issue related to the quality of food in its restaurants. During my stay, I ordered four different dishes in two separate restaurants, and all of them were dangerously undercooked or spoiled to the extent that it was clear consumption could lead to food poisoning. Recognizing the risk, I requested a refund from the hotel manager, Giuseppe. Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely unsatisfactory. Despite a lengthy discussion where he initially seemed to consider my complaint, Giuseppe ultimately refused to refund the cost of the meals and stay. Given that it was impossible to find any safe food options within the hotel, I was compelled to leave for my health's sake. This experience was not only disappointing but also concerning, as it reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a safe and enjoyable dining experience during their stay.

For some reason, when we checked in, nobody picked up the phone when we called reception. I had to call the hotel's external line to ask for basics such as internet not working, ask where breakfast was, etc. In addition, the Wifi repeatedly did not work and only magically started working when we did manage to get to reception. Did reception open up Wifi access for us only when we called reception...? That would be very weird. Honestly for a hotel of this apparent standard and price I think these are meaningful problems. It's a really nice hotel but if they cannot get basics like this right, I would be really concerned as management.

Location - green/lush but near airport for morning flight. Excellent gym and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful (BaiBua - lovely waitress). Food was good - love the idea for drink and appetizers. We have a lovely terrace room with view to golf course (thank you!). I don’t play golf but it is cool people can play when it is dark as the course is well lit.

Not a lot to dislike. Only suggestion would be to have another shower near the pool (or sign to see where the one is) as I watch some very sweaty people take a pool plunge without washing!

Food options for evening meals lack a choice of vegetarian food. Everything seems to be made with Fish or Oyster sauce, or includes pork. When you ask to remove the sauce, you end up with a very bland unimaginative dish. Also the communication is very limited, difficult to explain

We stayed here for one night as it’s close to the airport. The hotel is lovely. We ate two meals, once at the restaurant and ordered room service in the evening. Both meals were great. Spent the afternoon at the pool and it was really nice. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Was perfect location for the airport. We contacted the airport prior to our flight and booked on to there airport shuttle service which is complimentary. The shuttle was great and on time.

The whole experience of staying at the hotel was fantastic. Staff - every single member of staff were very polite, attentive and very helpful. Food - The food was great, we had breakfast and dinner every day at the hotel and could not fault it. Room - The rooms were lovely, very clean, spacious and nice views Overall, we had a lovely stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a bit of luxury whilst visiting Thailand.

Great clean room, Le Meridien standard. Close to airport with free airport shuttle. Great breakfast and comfortable bed. If you have an early flight and wish to avoid the morning traffic difficulties, this place is ideal.

Hotel has few restaurants but they are pricey even compared to the town down fine dining restaurants. There is really nothing around the hotel or even in the close commuting distance.

Breakfast was fantastic. The swimming pool and overall property amenities were also brilliant. The room size and quality was also a very high standard.

A few of the staff were getting surprised by simple requests for the shuttle service, etc and it felt like they were doing a favour as they had to ask the shuttle driver if he would take us to the airport - they were also not very helpful in suggesting how we manage local transportation options. At check in I gave my Marriott Rewards number but the staff did not input it despite my asking to do so multiple times, so had to do so again at check out, when they were surprised to learn I was Marriott gold. The food menu was okay but slightly limited and a bit spicy.

Very nice staff, always making all possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very responsive when I contacted them through Booking. Rooms are nice and quite large. Breakfast is very good and we really liked the Happy Hour buffet from 6pm to 8pm. Cocktails are really well prepared and very tasty. Very convenient stay in you want to play golf. Spa is also a must to do, excellent staff and massage!

A little too far from the city center if you want to visit Bangkok.
