Probably the quickest check in I've ever had. The staff were super quick and overall very nice. The facilities are good too for an airport hotel (near the airport that is). The shuttle to and from the airport does the trick.

This is not so much about the hotel as it is about the other guests.... a VERY loud French family was next door and made it near impossible for anyone in their vicinity to actually sleep. Considering this is a hotel people tend to stay at when they have a very early flight the next day (like in our case), not being able to rest is a major issue. Maybe putting up signs to remind others to keep quiet after 23:00 would come in handy for future guests?!

We've stayed at Siam Mandarina several times before, the first during 2-week quarantine mandate was still in effect. Staff were friendly and accommodating, nice rooms with amenities, and good room service. Also happy to see that they seem to be recovering from COVID as the breakfast area is open again. The location is convenient, not far from Suvarnabhumi Airport and therefore convenient for a transit stay during travels.

Rooms on the road side can get noisy from traffic, better insulation or double/triple glass would help. Also, not sure why but the bedroom floor was a little sticky on all three occasions we've stayed.

Location to airport is good. Value for money if you are looking for somewhere close for a stay.

The room service menu is great and food nice but some problems around correct orders and time it took to arrive. The airport shuttle service could maybe be a bit clearer. It is not included unless your room rate and booking has included it. A 1 way trip to airport is 400 baht.

From the moment you are met at the airport by the transfer staff, the level of service is excellent. We arrived early in the morning after a long European flight. Reception staff were very accommodating in allowing us early access to our room for a much needed sleep for a very small nominal fee. The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. There is an onsite coffee shop, restaurant, pool and well appointed gym.

Although it is a great location in relation to the airport, there is nothing close to the hotel to walk to at all. You need to take a taxi if you want to go sight seeing or shopping.

Wanted this hotel for an overnight stay to get to the airport early the next day. Was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. We used the restaurant for dinner as there were no eateries nearby and the food was really good. They also have a well stocked gym and a pool. Was perfect for an airport hotel. The shuttle service was excellent. We had to leave at 5.10am to get to the airport and this was no issue. Took about 15 min to get to the airport as there was no traffic this early in the morning. They seemed to have a shuttle running from 4am every hour and the staff were very good at communicating the shuttle times with the guests. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Not much to do around the hotel. But we didn’t expect much.

Close to the airport, the shuttle was very convinient. The swimming pool was good for swimming and nice gym. We stayed one night and it was perfect for renovering from yetlag. The breakfast was excellent! To the right of the hotel you can find cheap restaurants and massage.

The only thing I did not like is that there is a sign in one of the lifts that say they give a free thai cooking course (traditional coconut desert course) and when you ask at the restaurant they said you have to book, when I said I want to book they said they do not have it anymore but I can do a candle if I buy tea.. Nothing major but it would be nice if they could get rid of the sign to avoid confusion.

This is a beautiful place. Everything is just as it should be in a good hotel. Good food in the restaurant. Clean like a teardrop.

Well, there was live music in the restaurant in the evening. Good idea and the young woman who played guitar and sang looked alright. But the musician didn't have too much skill with the guitar. Actually what she played was at the level of a students' gathering in the dorm. She had a poor voice and was many times out of tune, that was even worse than her playing. In short, her overall level was suitable for a camping place by the sea, inappropriate for a good hotel by far. Sorry for this review, but she doesn't belong in such a good hotel.

Very friendly and responsive staff. All staff spoke English really well and were very professional. The rooms was large and comfortable. We stayed there with 2 cats before leaving Thailand with them, and there was already a litter box with clean litter and food bowls waiting in the room. Rooms service was quick and food from the restaurant was tasty. Even though the room faced the airport and we could watch planes taking off, the room was very quiet with excellent sound proofing. Close to the airport, which was perfect as we needed to get export papers for our 2 pet cats as we were leaving Thailand. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable resting point before their onward journey either leaving Thailand, or starting their trip in Thailand. Airport shuttle service was right on time.

There is not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel but it didn't bother us, because we were specifically looking for a hotel close to the airport. When taking a shower the water would flow over the bathtub edge and flood the bathroom floor. The hotel could maybe use a glass partitions instead of shower curtains. These are not big issues and I would stay there again if I needed to rest before my next flight.

Excellent Hotel with great facilities including a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

WE chose this hotel because it was stated as being only 250 metres from the airport as our flight home was at 7.20am so we hopefully did not have to get up too early. However, in reality the actual time taken to get to the airport by road as opposed to "how the crow flies" almost nullified the perceived advantage. Also, the Hotel is located in a very poorly maintained area with a very noisy and busy road right outside. So busy that it was impossible to cross the road safely to what appeared to be some markets and eating places

What I liked the most was the birthday surprise! It was an amazing day to celebrate my birthday 🎂Chatchaya at the receptionist told me my room has been upgrade to executive suite. Thank you so much for the complimentary,truly appreciate it! The butterfly pea tea is SO REFRESHING guys! Cartoon (I am so sorry I forgotten the name of the staff of another ) both came by with a birthday cake for me! That is so heartwarming! I am so surprised! LOVIN the cake!it is so DELICIOUS! The shuttle to and from Suvarnabhumi — Siam Mandarina Hotel is Indeed helpful. I went to the city via the airport rail link and each time I ended my shopping spree, I will always head back to Suvarnabhumi for the shuttle. Thank you for having such great initiative! Great job! Keep it up! 💪🏻👍🏻

Nothing to dislike tho, it was all immaculate and great! I will be back here again! Whenever I am planning a trip to Bangkok!
