The staff were really helpful and friendly. Whilst not a 5 star hotel, the beds were very comfortable, had adequate furniture and fittings and is a solid 3 star accommodation. The location was good and conveniently there is a 7 eleven store adjacent as well as a restaurant.

Brilliant location within Bangkok, right on top of a 7 Eleven and next to a fish market which serves great food, massages offered within the hotel and right to your room, rooms were clean and nicely designed.

Couldn’t identify any parking directly at the hotel. If you’re getting a taxi they will have to drive down Soi 1 and find a place to stop.

Very comfortable bed, big room, good location. It was very convenient to have a 7-Eleven right next door. Many restaurants, thai massage and bars around the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, with a variety of amenities that made my stay very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Mod, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is ideal, being close to Bumrungrad Hospital, which was very convenient for me. Plus, there’s a 7-11 right on the ground floor, and the Aree Seafood Restaurant is just nearby, making it easy to enjoy some delicious local food. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Amazing place to stay for a few nights for a solo traveller like me! Great location, walkable from BTS, 7/11 downstairs and plenty of local and international eateries around, e.g. a seafood restaurant just next to the hotel. Amenities great, they have shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, even body lotion! Also toiletries, slippers and bathrope. Bed is comfy and staff friendly. Just note they do not have any facilities and just a small window in the room.

There is some noise coming from outside to the room and airconditioner a little loud, but thats all.

It's an overall good experience. Room is spacious, with general amenities covered. Staff are kind & accommodating. Location is perfect, not too near nor far from BKK central area. It's a 5mins walk to Phloen Chit BTS station, only challenge is to cross 2 roads to get there.

Probably due to high demand, despite offering early check-in we still had to wait for our room around 20mins past general check-in time. It's fine for me but good to manage your expectations especially if you travel in big groups. The hotel is right by a very busy main road with no pickup/drop off area, so getting taxi/grab right by the doorstep may be challenging.

Legacy Express Hotel is located in the middle of the 2 busiest bangkok area - Nana and Chit Lom. It’s just a nice place to be in between because it’s the more quieter area compared to the 2 but it’s only minutes away from both areas. The hotel is newly renovated so everything feels new and clean. Eventho the exterior doesn’t look much but trust me the rooms dont do it justice. Looks like so so much worth than what I’ve paid for. The bed is so comfy and I slept like a baby. Will consider this place again if i have the opportunity to do so soon. :)

Probably a little noisy. Just a little. Nothing too radical. And probably it’s still not that known amongst riders/drivers so when you are directing the location just have to say Phloen Chit Krungthai Bank

Great location, very calm and quiet place. 7/11 downstairs, next to hotel two street food markets. Metro station for lazy people nearby but everything is reachable on foot. Really nothing to complain about! If you turn do not disturb light then really nooone will disturb you! Some people were complaining about view from window - in my opinion in such vivid city you use hotel only to sleep ;)
