The Location is great, close to the sky train making for an easy passage through instead of walking out side up stairy to get to BTS. Having a small beergarden and 7eleven downstairs is great. Breakfast offers a nice mix of items. An eggstation would be great but it works as it is also.

We got some lipstick stained Towels. And only got seperate smaer handtowel put in our room by the second time cleaning services made up the room. Also we only got one shower cap and the soaps and bodywash that were already in place and nothing else as amenities in our bathroom, we saw the carts outside had more actual items like cotten swaps, tooth brushes and co would have been handy.

The location near the BTS Sky Train Phrom Phong is excellent! The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff were wonderful and friendly. I really liked the rooftop bar and pool! Wow factor! And there's the friendly staff there to serve us! The view from my room was fine and the glass clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety.

Nothing, however the price is high for Bangkok - but as they say, you get what you pay for. I could only afford one night. But on my next trip I hope to stay at least 4/6 nights if I can afford it.

- Rooftop pool area is a good size and gets a good amount of sun from around 11:00 onwards - The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful. - Great location, right next to Phrom Phong station and Em Quarter shopping mall facility. Also huge amount of restaurants and bars in the area. - Handy having a 7/11 at the bottom of the hotel.

- Irons need updating to steam irons - Need more sunbeds around the pool, could easily double the amount and have space. - The lighting in the room could be improved, seems as though a main light to bathroom and bedroom area were missing, lighting has background effect light.

Lovely stay for our last night stay in Bangkok. The hotel lobby and room décor looked and felt premium. The actual rooftop pool was a lot nicer than the photos! The location was right across the street from the Emporium Mall. There's a 7-11 right downstairs which was very convenient, I was able to buy a few snacks and souvenirs back home.

The staff could have seemed more cordial and welcoming. Felt like a management trainee or a hotel heir was forced to do a front desk work - just an observation! :D

Very good hotel, super clean, comfortable and well located. Employees well schooled and genuine.

Gym is poor, very small, two persons and it is full, lack of equipment, seems like it was an after thought..

Great location. Great skybar with some nice picture opportunities. Nice breakfast. Also, it is nice to have 7/11 in the same building. Great shopping nearby, just across the road.

Good location, clean, friendly staff, seven 11 at the hotel. Very good location, roof top restaurants, massage parlours, good shopping malls, street food and BTS trans very close.

No tooth brush, cotton buds or robe in room. House keeping gave next day when I requested.

The staff is super friendly and helped us out with taxis and information The location is awesome. Just 1 min walking from BTS The beds are lovely! The swimming pool is good, could be a 2 degrees increase in the rainy season. The vue poolbar is awesome with djs at night and great food. Wifi perfect and fast

The breakfast could be expanded a bit more. More juices, egg station.

Great location. Clean and nice sized room. Bed was very comfortable and the views from our room were great. Lots of choice at breakfast.

Both times we stayed we struggled to get any answer from room service to order food and drinks. No one answered the phone to us or we were hung up on. It also appears that both IBIS and Mecure guests have access to the same breakfast area. I would have expected a different selection for Mecure guests. It was also a shame that the rooftop bar closed by 11:30pm the night we stayed.
