My third visit, and I have always enjoyed staying here. The Executive Double corner room has a great view and is quiet and comfortable. The BTS Surasak station is directly in front and the Sathorn Boat Pier (to IconSiam, Asiatique, Grand Palace, etc is one stop away. The coffee shop downstairs is great for quick bites.

The Rooftop restaurant has changed to "high end" dining - and is very very very overpriced. The floor used to be unlocked all day to hotel guests, then serving casual food and reasonable drinks at a fun bar in the evening. Now it is locked during the day, the bar is gone, and the prices are outrageous, As a frequent previous guest, this was a HUGE disappointment.

Attractive room , I paid for a deluxe suite, great view from the 36th floor. Room looked a little tired. Lovely pool area. Easy to get to elevated train, stop immediately in front. A big plus ! Close to central core, but not so hectic. A nice calm feeling in the area. Also close to the river.

Hallways and elevator not air conditioned. Room was attractive,but a little worn around the edges. Blinds were very difficult to operate.

Absolutely everything! I have stayed in various places throughout BKK and this is simply one of the best!

I think the ONLY tiniest things: The rooftop restaurant does not cater to any vegetarian alternatives. Totally understand and respect that, as having been a fine dining chef myself. I just opted for food elsewhere. The plugpoints for the desk were at a bit of an awkward angle and not as easily accessible during work.

WE LOVED THIS HOTEL!! Sadly the Hotel was the last night of our travel but couldn't have chosen a better hotel! Staff was absolutely friendly, helpful and really good english! The rooms are stunning, big, spacious, full of light, really clean! The pool area is lovely with a gorgeous view and so is the rooftop bar! This hotel didn't see us the last time!

Location, room design and facilities

Seems like staff are may confuse on their working process and miscommunicate especially FO staff. They always make a mistake such as provide wrong bed type room, ask me to settle payment again during c/o even I paid upon check in already. But totally fine, they may new staff and need a time to learn more about the product and service.

Really nice and clean hotel as well as the rooms. I asked for a change from one room to another since it was very dark (11th floor). They changed to the 32nd floor next day without problem. Staff is very service minded. Swimmingpool is also fresh and worth a visit.

The lights in the bathrooms needs improvement..

This is a nice hotel with a good breakfast. The location was convenient, located right next to a sky train stop. The room was clean and a good size. Nice pool overlooking the city.

The service at the rooftop bar was a little bit slow.

Spacious room, big and comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Nice buffet breakfast. Nice staff. Right in front of the skytrain. Rooftop offers a fantastic view and nice setting

The light system is terrible. Using standard switches would have been much better. Price of drinks in the rooftop is ridiculously expensive. Hot water is not always working too well. But for the price it was a great stay

This hotel is fantastic. It is located right in front of the BTS transit station and you can visit the major shopping centres, Grand Palace, Wat Arun and Wat Pho easily and VERY cheaply. The staff is exceptional and the hotel itself is well appointed. I had a problem with my door lock and I was instantly upgraded to a better room so they could fix the door lock without disturbing me.

Bed was super comfortable, excellent spread at breakfast. Very close to train station.

Not being able to make bathroom and room lights brighter, panel at side of bed also switches sockets off, so phones don't charge.
