really comfortable hotel, and reasonable price. On my white list of hotel in the Bangkok now.

Pets should not be allowed in the hotel, I dont hate pets, but I can always smell dogs when I want to take the elevator, and its smelling. Ant problem is serious, I can find them everywhere in the room, they crawled through the cracks in the wood under the window and all over my luggage, covered in clothes. No doubt, the whole wall is full of ants, you better resolve it.

staff is great. clean. big rooms. 55 inch TV in living room and 42+ inch TV in bedroom. big fridge. microwave. awesome rooftop with a great view of BKK. bed isn’t too hard, pillows a bit thick. bring night mask due to a bit of light coming in. balcony. provided me with a fan for white noise. gym is small but good and clean with tvs. best rooms are corner double rooms finishing with *01. nice local market located in front of hotel on Monday and Friday. worth it but a bit far from the action.

pool shuts at 8. Way too early. No ice after 730 since restaurant is closed. never had that happen before.

Its the most comfortable space and privacy hotel, I ever lived. The room have own small pantry with microwave, its convenient to heat up the food at mid night if you feels hungry. The supermarket & shopping mall just next by, walk in 5 mins Will come back here again. Lovely experience.

If you order food from Grab, need to go down to take by yourself. So far all good.

I like the spaciousness of the room, the walk-in closet within the toilet, the availability of plates and cutlery, the close proximity to a nearby centre with a supermarket and eateries just within a 3 mins walk from the hotel, the good WIFI connection, well-equipped and well-maintained gym with 24/7 access, the availability of the laundry area to do laundry during my stay and the very helpful and polite porter and receptionist. This has been my choice hotel each time I come visit for business.

Most times the room was well-cleaned but this time round, the used plates and cutlery were not washed and replaced with clean ones, the bin cover was left on the couch and cleaner forgot to cover the bin. There was no soap dish to hold the soap and we have to leave it on the cupboard which got stuck when dried up and hard to pick it up. Coffee packets were not replenished. Other than these things, everything else were fine.

Never have I stayed in a more comfortable, clean, pleasant, courteous Hotel. It was literally spotless clean. The desk staff was so kind and helpful. Oat the doorman was incredibly helpful, pleasant and eager to please and was always smiling as well as the rest of the staff. The restaurant was charming and the food was incredible. The restaurant staff was incredible. The most enjoyable stay in a hotel I have ever experienced. The cost for two rooms for nine nights was so reasonable. The staff even put a complementary bottle of wine in my girlfriends room to celebrate my marriage proposal to her. I have absolutely no complaints or suggestions for improvement as you cannot improve perfection. The most special feature of the hotel besides the staff was the rooftop lounge area outside with plants and trees as well as white twinkle lights. My Fiance and I enjoyed the breeze as we sat outside on the incredibly clean lounge furniture. We loved the pool as well which was very clean and the endless supply of towels showed a lot of attention to detail. Although we didnt use the gym, it was extremely nice and had ample supplies of bottled water. I really almost skipped over this hotel while in search of one with a water view and I am so glad I came back to it. I just cant say enough about it. I never even saw a bug. The Bathrooms were an incredible surprise as well with the painted brick wall and the enormous glass shower. I could go on for another half hour but I wont other than to tell you that if you want the friendliest staff, cleanest hotel, excellent food and romantic rooftop getaways don't pass this hotel by. I have already discussed with my Fiance that this would be the only hotel for us when we visit Bangkok again.

I like every little thing about Shama. One of the very best I’ve ever been. Excellent staff with a warm hospitality. We stayed for 4nights in total and went to Koh Larn Island for two days..the hotel kept our luggage while we were away,arranged taxi for us at a reasonable price. When we came back from the island to pick our bags,we asked if we can freshen up before we leave for the airport and they opened thé swimming pool facility just for us though it was closed. There are no words that can describe how grateful we are. Absolute perfection 💕

The room for 3 adults was modern in light colors with a small kitchen with microwave. The bathroom is too big though , would rather use the space for the room -) All bathroom sets were there, even slippers and bathrobes. The pool is small but enough.

When leaving the room , we left the key inside and opened the AC. When we returned every time the AC was off or key was out. The reception said they are saving the energy. But in Bangkok in august you want to come back to a cool room. Talk to the reception to make sure you get your AC on no matter if you are inside or out -) The breakfast was expensive a bit in the hotel. Better go to the market place nearby )

The place is exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The room is good, TV is state of the art where you can easily connect to your phone, YouTube, channels, AC system is amazing. We didn’t have a great view from our balcony but we still enjoyed. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Gym was neat and very nice. We also enjoyed the pool. It’s not very big but still you can get some sun tan. Would be nice to have an option to order drinks to the pool. Staff is helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied with our 5 nights stay in Shama. Also restaurant downstairs “Brunch Paradise” is good for breakfast.

We would prefer to see more amenities such as plates and wine glasses. The option to order in room dining (at least drinks) would be better. Also we will be happy if hotel will provide new shower amenities as shampoo, shower gel on daily basis. There was some hair from housekeepers found on the bed and on the floor. But overall we really enjoyed our stay

This is a very nice hotel. the room is big and comfortable, equipped with a microwave, a toaster and fridge. The biggest flat TV screen I have seen in a hotel. The bathroom also very big, comfortable and with several amenities to provide a pleasant stay. A special mention deserves the staff, particularly Bank and Jay, who were always helpful and attentif. They both helped us a lot in many practical issues, providing for example transport at reasonable prices and helping with the luggage after checking.

Nothing really. It is not near the main attractions but anyway you must always take a private transport to get anywhere when you travel as a family.
