Very friendly staff, nice room with air conditioning, breakfast was served at the nicer hotel next door and it was very well stocked with nice fruit and many diffrent breakfast and brunch options

When we arrived another guest came down and said they had cockroaches in their room... I think they're pretty common in se asia you could see them crawling on the sidewalk around Bangkok. The staff replaced all of their sheets and they were the only ones I heard that had the problem but still something to keep in mind.

Location was good. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was supposed to have a tuk-tuk shuttle to the nearest BTS/Metro station. There was even a schedule for the shuttle. However, on arrival we discovered that the shuttle is no longer available. Not a big issue, but in my opinion, the hotel should update this information.

Apartment was nice and big, it has all you need, a big bed, bathroom, nice views, bathroom was big and even a kitchen with table and chairs. I really liked it. location was great to visit the Night Market by walk, also nice places nearby, cafes, bars and restaurants. I was impressed by the area, normally i stay in Khaosan or in Sukhumvit but this was way nicer.

all was great but I saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom in 2 days. I do not think it was due to lack of cleanliness but simply because the flat was empty probably a few days before i arrived. The place was clean.

Big TV screen, big refrigerator with freezing compartment, the friendliness of staff...location with many food shops and massage parlours...also Bangkok Bank, Thailand Post Office, 4 7-11 shops at walking distance....

mattress has old springs that you can feel....Breakfast buffet too expensive compared to other hotels in this class.....small cockroaches in the shower and room....no English channels on cable TV, only Thai channels, you can use the pool of the hotel next door which belongs to the same owner but they charge 300 baht per time which is quite expensive.....slamming the room doors every time by other guests

The hotel is hidden off a well travelled street, and the lobby entrance is not grand…at all. It almost feels like you are in a rental car office. But, don’t let that fool you. This is a well run property and if there is an issue, such as the room safe will not open, a maintenance staff member is there to address the problem within 5 minutes. The room is comfortable, with a comfy bed, flat screen, fridge, clean functional bathroom, no noise emanating from above or adjoining neighbors. Breakfast is served on the second floor of the adjoining hotel next door, and it was one on the best I experienced on my 5 wk travels from South East Asia. The hotel is just a half a block to all the action of coffee houses, cafes, restaurants and bars… very centrally located. Of the staff, I particularly likes Pumpui, who oversees operations. Sweet and professional and moves about with a smile on her face. I am returning for 9 days in April.

The lobby can use some redecorating and love.

Breakfast was superb. Hot dishes were different every day. The junior suite was budget friendly and was was cozy and clean. Location is good as it has bars and massage places nearby. Walking to BTS metro is possible if no heavy bags.

There was no sofa bed in the living room as advertised. I had to take an extra bed with additional charge.. Pillows were a bit too big and a little hard. BTS is a good 20 mins walk from the hotel. If coming with heavy luggage, please note that you have to cross either Chong Nonsi skywalk or a pedestrian bridge from Saladaeng BTS without lift on the way to the hotel.

Location was good. there's tons of street food in the area that you can eat. You're close by a bunch of really awesome little morning markets you can get breakfast from. It was quiet at night which made it super easy to sleep. The shower in the bathroom was HUGE. mid size fridge and huge closet. I loved this room.

bed was stiff but thats normal for thailand i think. the wifi sucked. Either couldnt get signal and when I did get signal it was so slow it basically didnt work.

Hotel mini problems were solved immediately. Service with a smile. Being with wheelchair, taxi's only available through Grab or an app. Taxis (use meters!) in Bangkok are not the friendliest especially seeing a wheelchair (folds like a harmonica.)
