Rooms were as in photos. Spacious for 5 pax. Loved that I had 2 sinks, 2 showers, and seperate toilet. No fussing between a large group when it comes to our daily wash ups. Room was clean. Many power points for charging devices. They replenished bottled water and towels daily. Responsive and helpful if we needed assistance. Free breakfast available, as well a place to refill your bottlea if you BYOB. There is a vending machine. Walkable distance to night markets and malls, and 7-11s. Affordable, spacious, clean option for big group all things considered. If you have a group of 4 to 6, worth considering the Family Room.

Water pressure in shower was a bit lacking. Not on them but Sewer smell outside of rooms. If you stay near the train station, expect train noises.

Brand new and very clean hotel; Stuff friendliness and helpfulness. Very good location and connection to the airport. Kitchen with always cold (or hot) water.

Fire alarm in 1 AM (when your flight is 6 AM) not the best thing which you expected in the hotel. And I understand, that this is not the hotel fault (there will always be idiots who are smoking inside the hotel room). And one more thing - to noisy conditioners outside the windows (even when I turn off one in my room), but I'm a very sensible sleeper.

The place is very clean, very close to the MRT. Hotel staff is one of best if not the best I have ever seen. 10/10 recommended.

The hotel is beautiful, well designed,artsy and modern. Very helpful & kind staff, regardless of the language barrier with some. It's really clean overall. It's so close to the night market and baiyoke sky hotel. Also a walkable distance to platinum mall. We didnt chose the breakfast option, but also didn't miss much. Its so close to the airport link train so that's a big plus if you don't have a lot of luggage.

We found the room impeccably clean when we checked in, however during our stay when we requested for room service, it wasn't done well. When we requested it again only towels were changed. They should also consider having a flat iron that guests can borrow on need basis. There is an occasional smell from the neighboring place but if you shut your window and turn on the air conditioning, you are good.

best hotel in BKK. Best staff also. fast way to airport with airport rail. 10 minutes to walk to central world.

a Little loud in one night. but no problem.

The staff were really friendly & knowledgeable and even gave me tips without me having to ask. They made the effort to use the translator app if they did not understand our questions. The facilities were really clean & work well. Even the wall and furniture colours made the place feel so comfy. There is free drinks and bread for breakfast. Our room was spacious enough for us to sit on the floor as well as lay out our luggage. I would suggest getting the twin superior for more comfort. the room has a mini fridge that fits at least 10 cans of beer, 4-5 bottles of water as well as fruits and yogurt. The beds are the best, it's the first time i did not wake up aching when i travel. Even my bed at home makes me ache sometimes. It's a nice combination of firm and soft. The toilet does not have a separate shower and toilet, but the toilet seat doesn't get yet due to the cover design which was a big plus. The soundproofing was ok Other than the occasional sounds from other guests in the hallway it was nice and quiet. There was a little shortcut from our hotel to Pratunam market and from there you can explore the shops & malls. You can go to Platinum mall either through Pratunam or by the main rd Platinum Mall bout 15min walk. From there we can use the bridge to go to Big C, Central World, Siam World & Siam Discover. There is an airport train just outside our hotel on the main road that goes straight to the Suvarnabhumi Airport. From there it also connects to the BTS and MRT. There is a bus stop to Don Moen Airport less than 5 min from the hotel also on the main road. There are eateries and multiple 7 elevens just outside the hotel, there's even a massage and mini convenience shop just outside the hotel. They allow you to store your luggage at the lobby when you check out and there's a weighing scale there if you need to make sure your bags are within the weight limit. Overall a great place to stay especially for the price.

Hooks to hang clothes or towel in the bathroom

The male manager was exemplary in his service, and always had a welcoming smile on his face. The breakfast, while simple with coffee/tea and toast, was complimentary and very much appreciated. The powerful aircon provided a welcome respite in Bangkok's heat, while the warm showers were also enjoyable. The late check-out timing of 12pm was also useful for those with later flights. Connectivity was good to both airports - Suvarnabhumi Airport could be easily accessed via the Airport Rail Link at Ratchaprarop Station 100m away, while Don Mueang Airport could be reached by bus A3 at the Indra Regent Bus Stop 100m in the other direction. All-in-all a value-for-money hotel that serves as a good base to explore the Pratunam, Platinum Mall, Big C, and Centralworld areas.

The only downside was that while the room door was big and sturdy, it did a poor job of cancelling noise from outside. As a result, you can hear everything along the corridor, so light sleepers will often get awoken by noise from other guests returning late/going out early from their rooms.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is near by airport links and Downtown.

They should provide “Hair Dryer” for standard room also.

The location near pratunam is everything. We can go to pratunam market and the platinum mall, everything within walking distance. The room is clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly and they have a small kitchenette and working/dining tables. The hotel is also very close to Ratchaprarop airport link station, which can take you to Phaya Thai or Makkasan to connect to BTS or MRT to the rest of city.

It’s located on a dead end in a small alley, quite dark at night but during my 3 nights stay, it is quite safe. However the dark alley can be quite unnerving.

the location was very good, can access the train to the airport very easy and avoid all traffic, you can get food from outside and they have tables where to eat even tho they serve breakfast they still allow you to use everything there as long as you clean after yourself. good value for money, very happy with the staff, super helpful and cheerful we didn’t need to ask for most of the things as they were prepared already, they clearly know what they are doing.

We didn’t had any complaints at all or anything unsatisfactory, we had everything we needed.
