Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially uncle (staff called him so and he can speak Cantonese). He helped to book a responsible and reliable taxi driver to floating and railway markets. Rooms are clean and very near to Ratchaprarop station (Bangkok airport rail)-Exit2, 5 minutes walk pass railway track,reach a Siam restaurant, continue to walk straight and turn right before PR Place Hotel (or turn right at the first lane). Very near to Pratunam night market, Pratunam fashion mall and Palladium Mall. Can also walk to CentralwOrld mall. We tried walking to Siam Center too. Come with a mini balcony.

The location was convenient, being close to the city center. The room itself was ok, with the basic amenities you'd expect and that met our basic needs.

The one area that could have been improved was the breakfast options at the hotel. As someone who likes to have a more substantial breakfast, I would have appreciated some wider variety of hot and cold options.

Location is great and Big C, Platinum Mall, Centralworld were all within 10min walk. Friendly staff who goes out of their way to help. 7-11s nearby (less than 5min walk). 2-3 min walk to train station (Airport Rail Link)

Walls aren't really soundproof, but thankfully hotel is a distance away from main road so the noise from the streets aren't too loud though can be heard.

1. it does not provide assistance to guests in getting a taxi. 2. upon checking in, one of its porters was a bit rude in giving us orders to throw the durian that we had. 3.. it has 2 separate buildings and only one has a reception desk, so if there is a need to speak with it, the guest has to cross the narrow street to do it. and. no one answers the intercon phone. 4. there is a requirement to deposit 1000 baht upon checking in to answer for any damage to the property

The hotel is located in the very center next to Bayoki Sky. The price was quite reasonable. The room is quite large - in relation to the price. Lots of storage space and space for suitcases.

The elevator only goes to the 6th floor. You have to go on foot forward. We ordered a taxi at 7 PM and the receptionist woke us up at 7 AM?! And when we explained the mistake to him, he repeatedly rudely told us that we had to leave the room by 12. Which we already knew and also agreed at the reception to keep our bagage for us until the evening (because we were going on a trip that day). A bit of a strange and unpleasant experience. In the hotel, they ask for a deposit of money, supposedly for the card - room key. A bit unusual. Luckily they accepted USD as no one has TBH the day before departure.

Staff are very accommodating and courteous. we arrived early, and the front desk team allowed us to check in the room right after we had our break fast. The food is great and affordable at their restaurant. Room spacious enough to stay, it's clean and comfy bed. especially their front desk team named Sub and the one who checked as inn they are very helpful. The location was really great, around 5-7 mins walk to The Platinum and other places like Big C, The Market and Central World. Another bonus is the massage centre down the hotel. Jasungnam, their masseuse are really good Will definitely come back in KC Place Hotel.

Just to locate the place in the beginning, there is no street sign to find SOI 5.

I like the location, it is located walking distance to Pratunam Night Market, Indra Market, BIG C and several 7/11 shops. you can come at anytime to hotel, hotel doors are secured with modern technology equipped with CCTV and card swiped entry. Room was spacious and clean enough. there is a SPA attached to the hotel too. they allowed us to stay 30 min extra ( late checkout ) too.

The bed's metress was little hard and not comfy as thought, it feels like you are sleeping on the floor. and room has not a good view, except buildings. they ask for 1000 bath deposit for the stay. which is around $30 holded until you checkout. They did not provide TEA, COFFEE options free for the stay, only a Kettle.
