Pleasant stay because of great location, very polite staff and incredibly clean room. Everything seemed very new and comfy. Being an an introvert I loved how quiet my stay was. No parties, no huge number of guests waiting for the lifts, no drunks or peddlers trying to sell you stuff outside the hotel. Breakfast time did have some guests around at the restaurant downstairs but it was as peaceful an affair it could be. The location is also pretty good, it's located slightly off the main road (~probably 1-2 minutes walk from the main suvkhumit road). For you football fans, there's also a wonderful tiny football bar next to the hotel. It's a very casual, classy setting. Oh and I almost forgot - surprisingly - the food from the rooftop bar and the restaurant downstairs were absolutely top notch. If you ever stay here, you would not end up paying top dollars for crap food. Underrated stuff. I ordered some simple fries with some gravy (can't remember the dish's name) and they were by far the best fries I had in Bangkok. So, overall I would come back if I could :)

Staff and service was exceptional. Always ready to be of assistance in anyway at all possible. Depending on availability, hotel allows for a late checkout for and additional half day (ie. till 6pm) for half the price of the room. Room service was great

The pool was not maintained well unfortunately. Unlike the photos, the water was very cloudy. In 5 days, we did not use it at all. It was a shame because it looked great in the photos and was looking forward to it

We were upgraded to a junior suite which was very lovely. It's a very lovely small hotel which we prefer. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The cocktails in the roof bar were quite expensive for what I received. I ordered a Mimosa - the class was only two thirds full, it wasn't cold and it wasn't fizzy as you would expect

The hotel is modern and recently renovated. Everything is clean and looks nice. Room is spacious, there are all necessary amenities including tea making facilities. Check in process was smooth and comfortable, check out was fast and easy. There is a rooftop bar with great food (they respected my request to make the food spicy, yay!) and decent cocktails. Staff is always friendly and helpful; they speak good English. Location is quite convenient - 8 minutes' walk from both BTS and MRT, 3 minutes' walk to a 7-11. Didn't have a chance to try the restaurant on the ground floor so can't say anything about it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

There's a table and a chair that can be used for a laptop... But because of the drawer there's not enough space for the legs and it's quite uncomfortable... Could use a chair that's less tall with a table like that (or a taller table) ... The pool was closed for repair which the hotel didn't warn of in advance. I've received a complimentary fruit platter, a free cocktail for 2 persons in the rooftop bar and a discount for the ground level restaurant, but still, I believe that it would be polite to warn your customers of it in advance.

Amazing location and friendly staff. I loved that the hotel was close to Terminal 21 and also the cooked to order breakfast. The welcome fruit and drink was a nice addition as well.

More choices for breakfast for vegetarians and pescatarians. :)

The Hotel is wonderful on very good location, right at centre of BKK and easy to go everywhere. Room is quite for sleep and the bed is WOW very comfy. Staffs are awesome. Great foods & wine. The flashback Rooftop bar is really bring me back to the old day with 90s music. This hotel give me all I needs

Location is good, it's about 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 mall The room is pretty nice and spacious, other than the room it just can't be 5 stars, it's not bad don't get me wrong it's just not 5 stars I would stay here again if they improve their soundproofing

This is not a 5 stars hotel by any means, I understand it's a boutique hotel, even though It can't be classified as 5 stars, it's a 4 star hotel to me The soundproofing is not the best, I would excuse them when it comes to road noise, but the water pipe sound can't be excused

I stayed here before when it was the Akyra Hotel, I remember enjoying it very much. I pretty much just wanted to come back just so I can have the breakfast. It's changed quite a bit, new management I was told...recovering from the lockdown/covid situation. Breakfast isn't the same as before but I feel they had to cut back on a few things in order to keep the hotel going. But the staff are very friendly and helpful, 5 star service throughout from them all. The room i was given was far better then what I expected, felt like a king.

We loved the location of this hotel which was near to the skytrain and lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is lovely with the pool and restaurant serving great food. The room was large and the beds very comfortable.

Only issue was in the bathroom where there seemed to be a design fault with the shower being over the bath which had a raised area around it. If standing to have a shower, the water spilled on to the surround of the bath and then on the floor which caused some flooding. Also, twice we didn't get our room made up despite being out of the room for large parts of the day. Apart from these two things we really had no complaints and we had a lovely stay.

I booked this hotel as we are looking for a place to stay when my husband needs to extend his stay for a business trip. Even though it was a last minute booking, the hotel Guest Service Team contacted us before our arrival to ask if we have any special requests. We arrived after the check-in time, but still the Front Office team welcomed us with a "big smile" and made us feel at home. Location wise, the hotel is near to the main street and it's very easy to find something to eat especially for us who cannot speak Thai very well. Hotel staff were approachable and assist us in timely manner every time we are asking about something and they did not hesitate to help when we asked for a wake up call. The hotel was really nice especially the swimming pool and our room was clean, smells good and well sanitized with a comfortable bed and stable Wi-Fi connection. This wasn't the first time that we travelled to Bangkok but staying in this hotel made us feel that we should visit the city more often :). Will surely recommend this place to our family, colleagues and friends who will travel to Bangkok Thailand.
