During my recent stay at the local BS I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional experience. The rooms were immaculate and felt brand new, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The host was graceful and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a warm and welcoming demeanor. The prime location offered easy access to relaxing strolls along SKHVT. Additionally, the proximity to various charming cafes added to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay. Overall, it was an unforgettable getaway that I highly recommend.

1. the shampoo and show gel is good 2. the location is very convenient(10 mins walk for BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit) for going to anyplace in downtown. we had participated in two one-trips during these days. the meeting points of the trips were also just around the hotel(10mins walk). 3. the bathroom is new, pretty and very spacious!!!! 4. the staff is friendly who help us book taxi to DMK airport

1. they didn’t put a hair dryer in our room. After we required, they finally provided it. 2. they didn’t come to clean the room at first. after we required the cleaning service at the third morning, they came to clean everyday.

I stayed there for 5 days. Kevin,the owner is an openhearted smiling person,willing to help you any time. The location is out of this world...5 minutes walk from MRT or SkyTrain,next to bars ,situated in an extremely busy area (city center) still the exact location is so quiet...I highly recommend this! Good location, short walk to skytrain, but quiet enough off Sukhumvit Rd. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping etc. 24hr reception is great for late check in. Clean and secure room. Modern and large bathroom. Window opens for fresh air. Staff were helpful.

I like a firm bed, but this was too firm to be comfortable. Other than that I couldn't fault the place.

It felt like a family home, helpful friendly staff ( boa ? ) nice and quiet in a dead end soi, 8 minutes walk to asoke bts station, only 3 rooms on each floor, small choice on breakfast but ok.

Having to leave, but will definitely use again.

Second stay in this small, 12 roomed facility, cosy, comfortable and compact. No bag desk/rest and limited tv channels but great for a short stay if you are out and about

More TV channels in English, only Deutsche World. Nowhere to unpack your bag

Location is good. Hotel is clean and quiet. Arranged an early cab to the airport... easy. Lots of eating and drinking options nearby. Easy walk to Asoke BTS.

Rooms are relatively small. No pool. Beds are firm, which is ok for me, but not everyone's thing. TV service is very basic. Internet is decent, but not great.

I've stayed here probably 50 times or more over the past 10 years or so . Rooms are small but comfortable enough for a solo traveler. Staff have been the same for as long as I can remember and all good . For anyone needing a short stay give it a go .

I know what to expect so nothing to complain about.

A hidden gem, right in the centre of Bangkok with the friendliest staff I've ever met in a long life of travelling world wide. They made me feel at home since I first stepped inside the lobby. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, who were accommodating with our requests. Location around Sukhumvit and Asoke is great, and the price was reasonable. The room was beautiful, spacious and quiet. A/C worked well.
