This place is a real hidden gems, did not expect much when I did the booking. But the location is so great only 5 minutes from MRT Phahon Yothin and about 10 mins walk to BTS, spending 4 nights there but could explore Bangkok so easily, Chatuchak market is only one station away. From Suvannaphume airport you can connect with airport link. Also surrounded with so many local restaurants and markets, it was so much fun and convenient. There is a fridge on each floor with free water, coffee and mama cup noodles. The host and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. If you look for a place to feel like staying home and good value for money then this is the right place.

I was pleasantly surprised by how great this place was for the price. The room was super clean, the staff were very friendly, and communication was quick and easy. Netflix was included, which was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evening. There’s even a 7-Eleven right outside for any quick snacks or essentials!

Just a small heads-up: there’s no refrigerator in the room, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend it—especially for the budget.

The room is spacious, what a relief! The door to the balcony can be opened for better ventilation. Water pressure is fine, great amenities. Staff is very helpful and can go to great extent to help the guests. Free water. Clean bed and towels. Air-con works just fine. A 7/11 is across the road, there is also a small night market just 1-min walk from the hotel. Easy to get around. If you want to go to Koh Phi Phi, please find Kong Ka Pier. It's much closer to the hotel than the Klong Jilad Pier.

No elevator, you might have to carry your own luggage. Sound proof isn't the best, you can hear noises outdoor. The door of our room have a crack, outsiders could peep inside (but hopefully no one did that). Bathroom was clogged but the hotel changed the room for us, which was nice.

Over a dozen years, the gentility and consideration with which the staff treated its customers has not changed. I am glad to have written to Google Maps asking them to list the hotel’s name on the world’s most frequently used map in English.

Street vendors poured left over soup and bits and pieces if foood into the gutter which happened to be tight outside of the exit door. Hope there is no alligator in the drainage system. .

Was very happy with my stay in this hostel. I was just traveling by myself to bangkok to watch a concert at Union Mall and this was the closest property to it. But aside from that it is in walking distance as well to both a metro line (Phahon Yothin) and a BTS line (Ha Yaek Lat Phrao) which was very convenient since i use the train system a lot when going around the city. Outside the property there are also 2 711s within 10meters. The owners were very nice, i arrived early morning around 1am in BKK and messaged them that i was coming so they could welcome me since being a hostel— reception is not 24/7. I also love that the main entrance is locked and can only be opened by your key card,which meant that only hostel occupants can come in and out of the building ❤️ The room was very clean, very spacious. Shower pressure was great and hot water easily adjusted. Overall, i will definitely be staying here again in the near future ❤️

Perfect location. The hotel is in close proximity to a mall, two 7-eleven stores and lots of food vendors on the street. There's an MRT station right in front of the mall. Close to Chatuchak park and the weekend market. The hotel doesn't have laundry service but there is one a few metres away from the hotel. The room comes with a water boiler and two glasses. There's a fridge outside on every floor. The bed was comfortable. Despite being on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside.

The air conditioner wasn't very effective. The fan kept swinging even after pushing the button. As a result, the air kept blowing directly towards the bed which made it difficult for sleeping.

It was good location to walk to from the MRT station and the room was clean and had nice shower. Easy check in once I found the door of the hotel which was in front of me. It is a locked black glass door with tiny hotel name on it. I am from USA but booked it in Thailand.

The road outside was noisy. Some motorcycles were too loud. Very busy and dirty narrow streets.

nice little hotel somewhat close to Mochit bus station.Area is lively with lots of street vendors ,close to malls.Shared fridge on each floor .I would stay again

nothing really all as advertised .Probably wouldn't stay long term but for a night or 2 totally adequate .Close to Bus station as crow flies but actually quite a ways to get to by taxi in traffic

Convenient location, nearby 7-11, the local market, and Union Mall. The staff was very nice, advised me, and took me to the room. The room was immaculate, and the furniture was quite clean and new.

There's no refrigerator in the room, and it is located near the stairs, so it is quite loud when people go downstairs.

It was perfect location near union mall, because I would like to attend concert held in union mall, so the location is perfect for me, walking 5 minutes to the mall. Surrounding with many food stalls, so you won't left yourself hungry with many choices of food. Train station and bus stop is very near as well. Room is bigger than I think, clean and comfortable.
