The location is fantastic. I was worried when I read that they have a shuttle to the mall because I thought the mall must be far away but it's only a couple minutes on foot and the MRT and BTS stations are very convenient too. Our favorite thing was the comfy common area on the 2nd floor. Our group was staying in different rooms so this area was the perfect place for us to all meet every day and it was great that there was a coffee machine there too.

-location ( walking distances to 3 big malls, sky and underground trains, and very close to Donmueang Airport) -prices ( you got a junior suite with a balcony for a half price of standard room at the Centara next door) -staff ( they are professional, friendly but not fake) - sound proof ( I swear my room was just right off the elevator but I couldn’t hear or feel it was there )

- loud and filthy guests in the dining area ( but it’s not the hotel’s fault and unfortunately those people canbe anywhere no matter 1 or 6 stars!

The location for us was excellent, we walked everywhere, 10 minutes from central ladprao, 15 min to union mall, 15 min to the night market jodd fair. The hotel offers a shuttle service but we preferred to walk. Staff is always smiling and helpful

I think overall they property is good enough, I just would add some hand soap in the bathroom and some cutlery r bowls in the bedrooms

Everything! They offer a shuttle service to and from BTS station and local mall etc and the service is fast. Staff are super lovely and helpful. I was having back issues during this time of our trip and they offered to put an extra bed topper in on our bed which made it one of the most comfortable stays we have had. Bathroom is huge and they have everything you need. There is also a common area for all to use offering complimentary tea coffee biscuits and noodles, there is also a microwave and ample seating. Cleanliness is amazing and towels and sheets were super soft highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous little find

Mmm not much-it was pretty cool, although I did feel that the apartments people had been smoking

Excellent, comfortable rooms with extremely nice beds. Bonus was having free Netflix to watch in the room. Each room has its own wifi router which you can access with password. Plenty of storage space. The common room on level 2 was very handy to have. In addition to the biscuits and coffee, there was a selection of buns and pastries provided on the weekend. We were allowed to stay there after check out since our flight was at night. You can also leave your bags at the front desk after you check out if you plan to visit other places. The shuttle bus to Union Mall was very convenient and quick and saved us a lot of walking in the heat. It is available till midnight on most days. The front reception ladies were very helpful and called us a taxi to the airport.

We only stayed for one night and picked this hotel for convenience for us as was close to airport and close to the bus station we needed for the next day. When we arrived the lady on reception was very helpful. Our room was spacious and good value for money. They have a room on 2nd floor with free coffee/tea and noodles but we didn’t use. They also have a free shuttle service that runs until about 8pm that takes you to various places such as the lotus and the union mall. I saw a couple of reviews that mentioned trouble with grab drivers but we had two and neither of them charged us extra or found it a problem picking/dropping us off.

Choose this place because the location is close to Union Hall / Union Mall, which is the only reason why I went to Bangkok, to watch a concert. Apartelle's is walking distance to/from Phahon Yothin MRT station. Good foods are everywhere but it can be quite difficult to find Halal's food. All and all, this place is great! No drama. Staffs are absolutely amazing! They always try to help you no matter what, try to accommodate to your needs. Free Netflix in your room, free coffee/hot chocolate that you can get from coffee machine at level 2 common space. They also provide free cup noodles, tidbits such as biscuits. I feel warm welcome by their lovely staff. Worth my money spent! This place has total of 6 floor, limited parking space and not within business district so it's pretty much quiet at night. Although the room I stayed at has balcony, but no smoking allowed. Room was studio standard size, but for me it was huge with ample space for storage.

Nothing much that I can think of. The building is small especially when you have more than 3 guests to check-in/out at the same time, you can feel whole reception area occupied but that's very small issue.

This place was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Other reviews have suggested that the room was smaller than expected, I did not find that at all and thought it was exactly the size the photos show. The common kitchen/lounge area on floor 2 was great with free coffee, tea and noodles. The hotel is walking distance to 7-Eleven, Lotus and the BTS but there is also a free shuttle bus taking you when ever you want to go. It’s so convenient and when you return to either of the places, you just call and the shuttle bus will pick you up again. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back next time we are in Bangkok.
