We were rarely as satisfied with the service of a hotel as we were with The One. Already in the lobby you are caught by an atmosphere of calm that invites you to relax. Here you can get free (good!) coffee, tea or something to eat. The staff is extremely dedicated, courteous, always welcomes you with a smile and tries to read your every wish from your lips. - Customer service at a very high level. - Excellent management - Highly modern hotel and rooms Extremely clean, beautifully furnished and modern rooms. Here you can expect free water, coke and even noodle soups every day! The bed is very comfortable and thanks to the soundproofing of the rooms, sleep is absolutely restful. The hotel is brand new and the opening was only a few months ago. There is really nothing to criticize! I also had the opportunity to meet the owner of the hotel. Again, met with a big grin and a very polite and friendly manner. Also the location of the hotel could not have been better. One has right next to a large Lotus, two Seven-Eleven, a Laundromat and three ATMs. However, I noticed that the balconies are obviously for smokers but there is no ashtray or seating. Furthermore, the bathroom could use a hairdryer. However, these are only points that are subjective and for me are to be seen as potential for optimization. In no case are these disturbing or critical to evaluate! :) The One is the one and only for us!

It is more than our expectation. I recommended it to our family and friends to stay at that hotel if they ever go to Thailand. Considering, there is a slight barrier on communication but the staff were courteous, and understanding. The only comment I have is the location of the hotel because we do not know how to commute on the train which is cheaper, we were always commuting by taxi and it can be expensive.

When I booked the hotel I specifically chose the one that provides transfer, not realizing they do not transport from the airport to the hotel. Also, we traveled international flight and our arrival was very early but the hotel has some charge if we check in outside of their usual check in. Although, they gave an exception by letting us check in by 830am.

Super cool room, with fast wifi, and a big, comfy bed. Really close to the airport, but not too close to hear the planes. The staff is also really helpful, no matter when and what you ask. The best thing is definitely the free coffee/tea machine in the lobby!

If you want breakfast food, then you have to order it via Grab/look in the area, since the hotel only offers regular Thai food. The whole concept of the rooms is based on IOT (=Internet of things), which results in some funny behaviour if the things-part doesn't want to work anymore. We once had to ask the reception to turn off our light, since the switch only wanted to be turned on, not off. Also half of the bathroom light worked sporadically with a 30-min delay, which resulted in the light being turned off/on multiple times for every failed attempt during that period. We viewed it more as a free light show :D If power cuts completely (blackout in the area), an emergency light turns on, which is confusing if it lights up your room at 2am.

The incredibly friendly staff that went above and beyond, the modernity of the rooms and aesthetic of the hotel, the room service and ease of placing it via the tablet, having transportation to Suvarnabhumi covered if you stay two or more nights, and the phenomenal value for the price.

The bed was more firm than I prefer, but it was still within an enjoyable range. Some people may like that firmness. The AC unit also faces the door instead of the bed, so unless you have the fan set close to maximum, you may get warm in the bed, but that’s also an easy fix.

I love how clean and beautiful the property was. Everyone was so nice, accommodating, and just overall amazing customer service. Everyone was so nice and helpful from start to finish. The hotel was soooo close to everything. The hotel was very modernized and updated. Soooo affordable but also so nice.

The view isn’t that pleasant but nothing too bad hence staying there for 2 nights

All new and modern. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower with good water pressure. Tv with Netflix and 7/11 literally next door. The staff is amazing, and very helpful. I booked there as I was in transit and wanted something close to the airport. It's about 20 minutes away, I took a taxi from the airport (400 baths) and used the hotel car to go back to the airport very early in the morning (350 baths) I arrived too late to use the room service or spa services unfortunately. I would book there again when I need a hotel close to the airport.

the hand mirror and the charger of the tablet had dust but the rest of the room was very clean. The standard room was not as big as I had thought, it was perfect for me but if you are a couple and stay more days better book a bigger room to have space to open your luggage.

The place is at a quiet location and everything was very new and well kept. Perfect for us as we drove and enjoyed the quiet and out of the way location. The service was top notched. Counter was so nice and served us water and told us to take a seat at the lounge while they checked us in. The security guard was really top notched. Every time we returned to the hotel, he would dash out and helped us with our parking and always open the door for us. Ensuring if we had rubbish to throw or things to unload, he would help us. Everytime without fail. He is the icon for this hotel for us. The bed and pillows were also super comfy. My husband and I fell asleep almost immediately every night and woke up feeling well rested and super fresh. Shower also had great pressure. The aircon direction initially we thought was weird as it wasn't facing the bed. But turned out great to not have the cold air blowing at us. Aircon was also really powerful and we could adjust it to our comfort very quickly. Overall really enjoyed our stay. There is a 7 eleven and lotus right across if folks need go get any travel essentials, snacks or drinks. Had a laundromat and ice machine on the first floor but we never used it. There was a few local street food right outside and a coffee shop by the main road so if that's what folks are looking for you can head there.

Just like my previous reviews, I value staff behavior and these folks were great. They were soo helpful and welcoming all the time. For eg, we needed milk for our tea and the reception guy ran to the nearest 7-11 and bought us coffee mate just for us, I know its not a big deal but instead of saying NO they valued our request and thats what matters to me. The rooms were phenomenal, automatic(curtains & stuff) and very modern. The beds were comfy and overall premium feel. Its like a 5 star hotel.

The location is far from center, so we did Grab all the time, but its your decision so book accordingly. Though there is 7-11 and Lotus nearby where you can find KFC and Dunkin Donuts.

great location- not in the centre but only a half hour drive away which costs very little in a grab, restaurant, 7/11 + lotus’, kfc very short walk away. very close to Suvarnabhumi airport. very clean and modern staff go above and beyond to help.

only tiny con would be that they don’t have a pool, however this is stated online and for a small amount you can buy a day pass to other hotels and use their facilities. no real negatives.

We got here probably 20 minutes ago, but my family already love this place. We got dropped off at the hotel by our taxi, and the man, named Tee-Ah, (this is the pronunciation, not the spelling), helped grab our luggage. He led us to the lobby and had us sit down, offered us coffee and tea from the machine, while he and the lady at the front checked us in with our passports. Checking in was a breeze, a quick form to fill out, and paid a deposit (cash) and paid for the room with a card. After checking in, he escorted our luggage to our rooms, then went back to the lobby to escort us to our rooms. The room tour was also very informative, the room itself has a lot of amenities, like automatic curtains, an iPad with everything you need at your fingertips, like room service, cleaning service, even spa and repairs. He also said something about how the mattresses are of really good quality because the owner is right across the street! It’s a quick 15-20 minute ride from BKK/Suvarnabhumi Airport too, so very convenient. Each room has their own wifi! The details and furnishing in the whole hotel is AMAZING. It's so beautiful. I felt so welcomed by both staff and the decoration. They just opened, but don't let that stop you from staying at this wonderful hotel.

The only thing I didn't like about my stay was the lack of hooks in the bathroom. There was one actual on-the-wall hook, but you can make anything a hook for your towel, hanger, etc. so it's not a huge deal, but just something I noticed.
