The hotel and facilities is clean and well maintained! The bed is super comfy! We love the HUGE window and its view! There’s also a 7-11 on the same building so it’s super convenient. The location is quite far from main city but booking grab was never a problem so it was okay.

While they offer several breakfast choices, the taste is quite bland. This is disappointing, especially compared to the delicious food available in BKK.

A relatively new hotel, conveniently situated to a number of local attractions, such as Chatuchak Market, Rajadamnern Stadium and local eateries. Comfortable rooms, which are cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided (not a very environmentally friendly policy). Super helpful staff - all in all a good stay and a perfect base for exploring the area.

Communication response time is rather poor: we experienced a delay in our flight and so I contacted the hotel on 3 occasions all within 90 minutes of the flight updates to inform them we wouldn't be checking in until 01:30 the morning instead of 23:30 the night before as expected and to also to ask about the advertised airport shuttle service. It took them over 12 hours to reply, by which time we'd already checked in (hope that makes sense). I made enquiries about the airport shuttle service for our return flight with reception - let's make this absolutely clear - they don't provide one. So, let's see this removed from the listing to avoid confusion and disappointment.

The hotel is excellent and staff very professional,would definitely recommend brilliant value for money

The hotel is a bit to far from city centre, but cheap taxis so not all bad The only issue I had was the security , was difficult at times bring friends back the hotel and , also guest were not allowed use facilities if you actually got them through front door, just be aware, but if you want safe hotel where you know your belongings are safe then definitely stay here, because that’s why I won’t let anyone just walk in because they have guests safety first

The rooms were beautifully designed and the beds were very comfortable. I greatly appreciated the block out windows which made the room dark for sleeping and helped to block the heat from the sun during the day. Breakfast had a great variety and I particularly enjoyed being able to have an omelette freshly cooked to order. Positioned between two train stations and with bus stops nearby makes this a very convenient location. We also enjoyed the nearby Green Vintage Market.

Despite being high up, the room was very noisy as we could still hear traffic noise and the nightclub on the 1st floor. The pool area was very disappointing with the water looking murky and uninviting.

The hotel itself is immaculate: Barely a few months old, the room was clean-line designed (aethethically), with high-ceilings, and wonderfully spacious. Breakfast buffet has floor-to-ceiling glass outlooks to the urban surrounds, and the menu is very reasonably priced. The gym and pool are top-notch. I've stayed at a few of The Quarters and am very satisfied and impressed at theur offering and standards. The Ratchayothin Hills building is near to BTS Phahonyothin 24 (Green line), and is out closer to Ari and Chatuchak Markets. There is a Cineplex, Wine Connection, 7-11, and night market, all within walking distance.

Staff good and views are amazing

Great hotel and good sized room.

We ordered dinner in the restaurant, in the menu It had appetisers starters, main meals etc, so we ordered a soup each then an appetiser then a main meal each. My main meal came out first then after about 10 minutes over two soups came out then after another five minutes the other appetiser came out and finally my partner’s main meal. So if ordering food it won’t be served in the correct order.

The room and bathroom were fantastic, spacious and very comfortable. Everything is well placed and the view was superb. There is a fun nightclub in the complex. A night market and a vintage market nearby.

It was a bit difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel as it was tucked away at the back. I didn't get a chance to explore the area as I was sick, but the location is a far from central Bangkok and the BTS station was not exactly close the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean with good view. My booking was over the New Year Period and it was great value for money at that time. I was looking for a less crowded area to celebrate the New Year and this was a good choice. There are lots of facilities a few steps away (5-10 min walk) at affordable prices: cinema, hairdressers, supermarket a.s.o

While the location is not super central, the metro is just a few steps away from the hotel and very frequent.

Amazing near new hotel. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Very clean! The food in the restaurant is delicious and very affordable. I had two main dishes for about 400 BHT. One of the staff (young male in suit) working at reception is amazing. He helped me get a refund when I had to travel to Germany unexpectedly because my father is in hospital.

Lighting could be better (warmer light bulbs than cool light). They said the deposit takes 2-4 weeks to be refunded.
