We got the junior family deluxe and it was perfect for our group of 6 people. The room was designed in a way that allowed each person to have some personal space but also had a sufficiently big communal space for group hang outs. There was also a projector and speaker which we really enjoyed! The staff was extremely friendly and provided us with recommendations when we asked about food :) Good location, walking distance from a morning market, food, a few 7-11 outlets and massage places. Beds were very comfortable and showering soap was provided.

The room floor felt dirty and our feet turned black relatively quickly. But upon request, they happily provided us with room slippers. Would be good if basic utensils such as teaspoon or chopsticks could be provided in the room. The lift is small and slow, fitting a maximum of four people if you squeeze. If you have a big group, be prepared to take the stairs or take ~12mins to get the whole group from lobby to upstairs.

Proximity to the malls* was a huge plus. The room cut was big and there was mire than enough soace to fit 3 giels along with their luggage and shopping. The staff were friendly and the location was very quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long say outside. It was within walking distanxe as well to a 711 and a night food market. Would definitely book again.

Nothing to dislike!

Excellent stay, makes you want to extend. Very comfortable and large bed, clean room and wiped floors, clean sheets and towels, large bathroom, updated furniture, large balcony with dry stand. Welcoming lobby. Walking distance to gate. Scooter rental less than a minute away (300 baht). Restaurants and cafes next door. Would stay here every time and for long periods.

Air con was extremely powerful Great location and near shops/market/restaurants Fantastic to provide very cheap washing machine - this was an unexpected bonus! WONDERFUL start to our holiday

Our boys would have liked to be able to lock shower and toilet Clean towels after 2 days would be really nice as we were using them at least twice per day - having said that, we did not ask, and I'm sure the staff would have tried to help with any issue we had.

It was an amazing stay as everything was just walking distance. Nearby convenient store, malls, night market and even cafes

Beds are big and super comfy, lot of soft pillows, ac very cool. We enjoyed watching and playing on a big screen, thanks to the projector 🥰. So quiet you can definitely relax after a long day outside. Free coffee anytime you want. And of course, our pet dog was very comfortable as well. We will definitely go back.

Great ิboutique hotel in a wonderful location for exploring Bankok. I highly recommend this boutique hotel for any couple looking for a well appointed and located spot to explore Bangkok. . Would highly recommended it for a family with young kids and it would be perfect for a couple.

The staff is so friendly - it is a family-run business and they really do their best to meet the guests' needs. Amazing! And the hotel provides great value for money - boutique-style, friendly atmosphere.

The location of the hotel is near perfect. It's within walking distance of Pratunam Market, platinum, Siam Center, and Big C. The staff in the hotel was amazing. All praise goes to the team there. They all deserve a raise or a bonus. They also have a washing machine (no dryer) on the 6th floor with only 50 baht per wash. You can hang the clothes in the room in the morning, and by night, they all dried up (open the window - Bangkok is hot and dry)

The lift. omg. the lift was so small they barely fit three adults with 3 medium suitcase.

it was close enough to activities and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
