Near to night market, platinum mall, decembers mall, tofu shop. Plenty of food choices on the road to the hotel. Plenty of massage stalls along the way also. 7 eleven nearby as well. The beds were comfortable. There is a water heater as well.

The road leading to the hotel is almost always congested with all types of vehicles. It can be quite a challenge if you have luggages in tow. I recommend hiring a tuktuk, taxi or car to get to the hotel if you have luggages especially big ones. The train station is roughly 10 mins away by foot.

Staff at the reception were all very polite and accommodating. Booked the family room. Very spacious. Balcony was a plus! Housekeeping was great except for a minor drawback with the glasses and cups in the room. Clean and comfortable beds. Blankets were soft and smooth, contrary to reviews I read otherwise. Towels were changed every day. There is no charge for the extra pillows that we requested. 7-11 and Money changers were about 50 meters away. Lots of restaurants and food stalls 100 meters away. Bought our breakfast at nearby outdoor food stalls. Massage at the hotel lobby was divine. Will book this hotel when I return to Bangkok.

Beware!!! Glasses and mugs in the room were just rinsed with water. No soap or dishwashing liquid used. I'm so grossed by it. I was in the room while the housekeeping staff was cleaning, so I can personally vouch for my info. Stopped using them after. Woul have been better if breakfast was available.

Location was good for clothing businesses ,nearby pratunam market. And also walking distance .

Great location and close to everything, can be easily reached most of the shopping centers. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues. This hotel is safe and comfy.

Located in Pratunam. Near to Pratunam market, Platinum mall. Few steps away from 7Eleven and many options for a massage place. (There is 1 massage shop at the hotel lobby and you can request massage in the room without additional charges). Clean and spacious room. The hotel can help to arrange for airport transfer with the reasonable price.

i wish the hotel can provide breakfast and and have a memory form pillow. The pillow in the room is too soft and i hurt my neck

I love that it is near train station and shopping centre. The hotel is unique, full of KAWS. Staffs are friendly. Cleanliness of the room is tiptop.

I think my room is quiet small than what i expected. For 3 people, i got not enough luggage space. And the bidet is bit low pressure and the leg space from the sink and toilet is small. So if u plussize, it is a bit uncomfortable.

Brilliant hotel, staff fabulous, clean and quiet, great internal chef, beer prices spot on............massage availability in-house is second to none, easy tuk tuk or taxi, wifi everywhere, rooms spacious, cleaners helpful, reception very professional restaurant didnt have drinks last time had to get them from a fridge dispenser but what the heck Been here many times in the last 10 years and always a delight.....thank you everyone.......even found my wife here!!!!!! Highest recommendations ------ wifes not bad either!!!!!!!!

Maybe the traffic outside sometimes can be hazardous when busy!!!!!!!

although not much facilities there but definitely a good place to stay close to the 7-11 (close to 2 shop of 7-11), pratunam market, platinum mall; all within a walking distance only! Room was big which is spacious for 4 people in a room Staff are friendly n helpful

Maybe can improve bout the phone in the room, can't reach the counter through the phone Need to walk down to the lobby to seek for the help
