very friendly staff, water and coffee free and available in the lobby. breakfast is basic but good. the pool is good, bit cold and covered by trees so not much sun but you can find some spots. overall easy stay. rooms are basic but totally fine and clean!

not much around from the location but that can be also good if you want it quiet and more local. to khaosan road it’s like 25 mins.

Nice hotel, bit outside of the center, but about 20min for the major sight seeing points away. About 10 min from the pier away, where you can take a boat to a lot of places. Hotel offers you free water and coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The room was fine, at the beginning it smelled a lot like someone smoked in there, even though it was forbidden. But the smell was gone soon. AC worked perfectly, everything was clean, shower was nice and bed was quite comfy.

The employees didn't speak a lot of English, but they still were really friendly. You gotta leave 1000baht in cash there as a deposit. WiFi connection was good in general, but somehow the system isn't working that well and we had to connect again almost every 5 min or less, which was quite annoying. Couldn't open the balcony

The room had no view which did not matter at all. The entire stay was as expected excellent. The reception was open 24 h and was extremely supportive. Room and room service was excellent! Complementary coffee products and snacks in the lobby, which was additionally very comfortable and inviting.

The internet access was under maintainance which is supposed to be working more reliably stable and fast in future. During my stay working remote was not possible without troubles, e.g. sometimes extremely slow or cut off. But, it is supposed to be fixed soon.

We liked everything! Definitely the best Bangkok hotel we've ever stayed in. Fantastic value for money. Great rooms. Beautiful, huge lounge area. Great pool. Complimentary coffee & biscuits at all hours. Top quality hotel at a budget price.

Not a dislike exactly, but the staff's proficiency in English meant that there was a slight communication problem which resulted in our 6.30am taxi not being booked. Had to grab a tuktuk to the train station as the only staff member on duty at that time was a young lad who spoke no English. Bit of a panic but no real problem.

Location was quiet, but less than 2 mins walk and you're on a busy road with both sides full of street food. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. There are sitting areas which are tidy and with free cold water and coffee/tea/chocolate machine.

Beware, the swimming pool is very shallow and the water very cold (refreshing). No bar facilities or room service (although many shops and street foods very close by)

I loved the silence hearing the birds by the pool. I really liked Sandy from the reception, kind, pleasant and smiling. There is not much to look for in Asor and unfortunately there is no gym in the hotel. But there is a good breakfast and refreshments all day and night at the table outside.

There is nothing to do around here. There is no gym which is very important to me.

I stayed at this hotel while I had an operation at a nearby hospital. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was close to the hospital and to the market. Everything is easy to get nearby. The lady at breakfast was very helpful and kind and also one of the male staff there who helped me park the car several times after I returned from hospital was very helpful and I appreciate his help. The hotel is clean and the room was large. It is just behind the main street so it is very quiet. In the mornings I could hear some birds chirping and it was very tranquil. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to UMA Residence staff who all made my week-long stay feel great.

Professional staff, located close to the Payab boat transport system pier. Nice pool. Awesome facilities.

Gym could be improved (increase equipment), however many other activities to do in the area that you do not notice it.
