New, modern, clean and spacious rooms in a big business hotel in a quiet part of town. Big parking for those coming with cars. Staff speaking english. Little grocery shop nearby. Free use of coffee, tea, hot chocolate machine.

About 1km on foot from Chanthaboon waterfront and the tourist restaurants. If you don't want to walk, you can order a grab car (not many in town so there may be a bit of waiting time) or perhaps ask the staff for a songthaew. There are no tuk tuks in Chanthaburi. For breakfast, there is a small buffet for bread and jams, and then you have to choose among 3 options (2 Thai and 1 western). The western one was a disappointing with cold hotdog sausages, 1 half cooked fried egg and gross looking ham. It should be improved.

The hotel was so clean, which was good and omg the comfiest bed I've stayed in in the whole time I've visited Thailand!!! (4th time!!), the reception staff were amazing so shout out to them 👌, it's also walking distance from the waterfront and the cathedral 👍

Just nick picking here but There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, however this was substituted by the unlimited free hot drinks you could could get from the machine in the room by reception. The other issues I had was in regards to the room was towards the door. It seemed the door was to small for the doorframe, which meant the light from the corridor was rathar annoying when your in bed in pitch black as the light does creep through - easy issued solved by me thigh was to put my bag at the bottom to block the light and then hunt some t shirts off the door frame and door handle but it may help out for anyone in future to have like a curtain or something in from of the door to block out the gaps between the door and the doorframe👌

Central city location with quiet locale.the hotel is modern, very clean and well managed. Larger room with a good sized bathroom. Large work desk and love seat in the room. Good airconditioning and hot water shower with a shower curtain. Large parking area with covered parking spaces.

The bed made weird sounds during certain activities, and airco above the headrest of the bed is a no for me. Layout of the room is also kind of weird, although it's very spacious, most of the space is unutilised, since the comparatively big TV is pointed at the bed, so most of the time you'll be on the bed relaxing.

We loved everything about the Am2tree. It was ultra clean, modern and exceptionally comfortable. So comfortable that we spent far too much time in our room! The room was spacious with plenty of storage space. The bed linen and towels were crisp and white. The room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. Really loved that there was lots of natural light in the room. The bathroom was well designed and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. There is a great coffee machine near reception for free coffees but we also asked for a kettle in our room. Location was fine, close to supermarkets and about 10-15 minutes walk from Cathedral and Riverside. It was very quiet and we slept really well. The ladies on reception were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay if you visit this lovely city.

Room looks neat, and clean, including the bathroom. WiFi connection is good. Powerful air-con. Small balcony is spotlessly clean, not many accommodations can maintain that. Reception staff are very friendly. Ample parking space, some lots are covered. There's a rooftop area with some benches, and you can catch a good view of the city if your room doesn't have it. Location is rather quiet, within a residential area. There are local grocery stores nearby. It's also a short walk to the main thoroughfare with convenience stores, eateries and cafes. You can actually do a leisurely walk to visit some sights around, all the way till where cathedral is located.

Should provide an electric kettle as a standard facility in the room, and would be better to throw in some instant coffee.

This is my 2nd stay at Am2tree. It is quiet and off the main road. The rear rooms face a jungle. Ok, maybe not a jungle but an undeveloped field between the hotel and the river. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating.

The breakfast is pretty mediocre. You can only order pre-cooked fried eggs with processed hot dog type sausage and processed ham. The chair in the room was uncomfortable, and it was hard to work at the desk for any length of time.

Staff 100% Cleanliness 100% Room size 100% TV with English option Sheltered car park. Modern secured access. Has to be the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed at globally!

The hotel is like an oasis. Located in a back street area. Ideally located if you drive or have a car. No breakfast available.

On our way to Koh Chang we had booked an overnight stay in the "Am2tree" in order to visit the hotels on Koh Chang in peace the next day. Goggle took us easily to the hotel located on a small side street. The beautiful new hotel has a spacious private car park and ensures a pleasant overnight stay. We give 5 stars for excellent cleanliness, functionality and reception. There is a breakfast buffet for 100THB with a choice of Western or Thai dishes. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. We'd love to come back anytime.

A super hotel! The staff were so welcoming and helpful, the room was a great size, so clean and new, I really appreciated having 2 types of pillow on the bed!! Lovely simple breakfast available in the morning, you can choose from 3 types at check in which will be made for you in the morning, along with self service juice/water/hot drinks, toast & watermelon. There is a good parking lot with plenty of spaces and shade. The rooftop is so lovely too, especially at night with the decking and lights. I will definitely stay again on my next visit.

I was hoping for a view from the room, but unfortunately didn't get a view - just a scrapyard next door! But it wasn't noisy so didn't really matter.
