Great location right next to the river. The rooms overlooking the river are great. The garden was very peaceful and quiet and a nice way to start the day at breakfast. The staff arranged transport to Pattaya for me which helped a lot. Short walk to Robinsons and all the markets. Good seafood restaurant next door and a little coffee place with 3 cute girls down the road a bit

Balcony! How often do you get a huge balcony, enough for a yoga practice, seriously, with a-river-view, at this price? When we entered the room we headed out to the balcony and just chilled there. Room: apart from the balcony, the room itself was also very nice; spacious with a big and comfortable couch, comfortable bed, not too hard, pillows were a bit too high but that's my personal preference. And if you leave the front door open even only slightly, you get a full river breeze. Bathroom: Spacious and comes with rain shower. Breakfast: we love the outdoor tables, they were set by the river. The food was good, not that fancy but they offer some different varieties for breakfast, like salad rolls, which were gone quickly every time they refilled the tray. Coffee was ok. Location: The riverside is key. We stayed only for a night so we didn't explore the area so much. But I supposed it would be a bit difficult without personal vehicle.

The toilet smelled like pee and we couldn't remove it even after trying to wash the floor so many times.

Breakfast surpassed expectations. Nice balcony, good view over the river, comfortable room with plenty of space. Very nice, attentive staff. having found no better alternative nearby, we opted to have dinner at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised at the quality, and price, of the food.

Nice view of river and near to Robinson and Night Market (5 min walk). Lovely spacious room. Breakfast excellent and staff very friendly.

Limited English spoken, no problem for me as speak Thai but some people may find it a challenge if they need help.

This hotel has the good service. it locates on the great urban location. There is the seafood restaurant next to this hotel.

- After midnight, it dont have any service staff at lobby. There is no kitchen or microwave in our room.

Freez not working well and it turn off automatically when take out the key card room.

Super clean and spacious room with 4 beds! Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Very good location, 3 minutes walk from Robinson and 8 minutes drive from the cathedral.

There was no bar soap, we have to use shower gel to wash our hands.

Nice decor, good breakfast and excellent service mind of all staffs.

Just only one point, the design of window and the door at the backside does not consider soundproof type. Then, the noise from outside can easily hear e.g. the engine boat, construction equipment, etc.
