We use this hotel as a base when we stay overnight in Chaweng. Its really friendly, handy, easy to access and plenty of free parking. Big clean room, comfy bed. Very good value, but...

The breakfast is not good. Cheap everything. Dreary dining room and lo cost ingredients. Its not a resort hotel so I can understand how basic it is. The coffee is lousy. Everything could easily be improved

Poor WiFi, which meant that the TV didn't work... I had to use hotspot to play YouTube and Netflix Restaurant was being renovated so no food options...however I was informed this will be available mid to late December

This was an amazing hotel to stay at. Although it's not on the beach like many hotels here are, it's a short ~6min walk there and it's about half the price. Plus, a huge bonus that they had (while we were there at least) is that they had a deal with their sister hotel on the nearby beach where we could use their facilities for free. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained more or less and very worth it for the price. Plus the staff are all exceptional and went out of their way to help us and were very friendly always. And cleaning happened once a day and was done by some of the best cleaning staff I've ever seen at a hotel. This hotel is highly recommended!!

Nice place, close to the beach.

The breakfast (bacon, French toast, beans, rice) was cold or barely room temperature.

- nice accomodation close to the airport - around 5min to go to the beach by walking - great street food thai restaurant just in front of the hotel - swimming pool and surrounding garden is nice

- we had an apartment with kitchen, but there are just plates, glasses for water and tea cups - we didn’t need anything more, but just for info - the other side of the hotel is not maintained, but that’s quite typical in here

The staff were exceptional and the property was very clean and maintained. Had to stay an extra night due to a missed flight and they provided a later check out time at a discounted price. Pool was very clean and loved that we were able to use the bean bags on the beach at the Synenergy resort at no extra cost. Would 100% stay again.

Location was central enough. Located beside the boxing stadium so was loud at night when the fights were going on.

Staff was very nice, the swimming pool is nice and surrounded by trees and a beautiful garden. If you search for an affordable place to stay in, with a nice swimming pool, this hotel is a good choice. Otherwise choose a resort on the beach with chairs etc...

The main issue is the street which is busy and smelling.

I loved everything about this resort. Close to amenities yet an oasis of calm. Beautiful pool, amazing huge serviced apartment and the staff, especially Leanne went above and beyond providing exceptional service.:)

The entire resort was flawless and I couldn't list anything other than the coffee provided could have been nicer and maybe a proper coffee machine at breakfast would have been the icing on the cake.

Very big room, comfortable beds, big balcony, great facilities. Good wifi. Close to the busy area, very close to the Muay Thai Stadium.

During fight nights at the stadium, we can hear most of the crowds and music.

Everything. This place was great. The staff were amazing and really friendly. The pool and garden are beautiful, and there's a pool table too. Decent gym. Great location, close enough to the beach and main tourist hub, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. Will definitely return
