The location was great, close to the Old Town. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast buffet was fine.

The pool was all day in the shadow and the only guests using the pool were the pigeons. When booking a room, you get standard 2 pigeons on your balcony railing that constantly make noise. It didn't feel very hygienic. Bathroom a little outdated.

The tiles leading to the hotel entrance are very slippery when wet - they are a danger to pedestrians and most of all motorcycles - my motorcycle slipped and fell - lucky neither myself nor the bike were affected but I consider myself lucky - someone else may not be so lucky. Change the tiles Amora Tapae before someone is hurt.

Great location. Nearby all tourist places. Very friendly and kind personnel, especially in the bar. Clean rooms and other facilities. Good restaurant and a morning breakfast is also fine. Interesting user control system/interface in the room. Hotel is nice and modern. Mostly English speaking staff. Would I come next time - definitely yes. Would I recommend it to friends - absolutely. Great for its price.

Rooms' condition could be a bit better. Some things need to fixed by an engineering service. Conditioner in the room could be less noisy. Personnel at the reception desk could be trained more with a modern payment systems such as NFC/phone payments etc.

The room was large enough and bedwas comfortable, the location was handy for what I needed to do in chiang mai, breakfast had a good selection and was good.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for room to be ready when checking in at 4pm in the afternoon. I noticed a large amount of water on the floor near the window and below the A/C unit, maybe condensation, the king bed was just 2 single pushed together and during the nights sleep the beed would separate while sleeping causing. Large gap between the 2 beds. other than this nothing else to report.

Beautiful large Hotel right outside of the old city perimeter. The location could not have been more perfect if you are planning on spending a lot of time in the old city. We really loved how the front desk held our luggage until check in time at 2:00 p.m. so that we were able to walk around the city. The room itself was a good size, clean, and although it is an older hotel, it is well maintained and looks really nice inside. The bathroom could have been a little bit updated, but it is functional and usable.

Very minor but there is no outlet by the bed to charge your phone/electronics because it is used by the alarm clock lamp and phone plugs.

I keep coming back here as it's one of my favorite hotels in Chiang Maj quick check-in , receptionists (good looking girl, speaks very good English) were upgraded to suite. ( I book only Standard room) Good location for families and single travellers. You can find everything you need in a short distance. (only 5 minute walk) "Excellent location and service. Hotel is very modern and very well maintained. Probably the best hotel in all of chiang Maj. Good WiFi , nice room, good shower. Very comfy bed. Clean, comfy, well located. Sängarna var bra och mycket tyst på rummet, Bra wifi, utmärkt läge.

Central location

In-room safe needed attention. Hot water was sparse. The room key was not working for two days consequently had to go to the trouble of getting hotel staff to let us into the room, time wasting, this was not an isolated problem, I was told, "this was the same situation throughout the hotel due to a problem with the door key making machine" Finally, large numbers of pigeons were responsible for the disgusting mess outside the windows throughout the hotel it would seem, nothing was or has been done to clean-up this mess.

Great location helpful staff, good facilities,excellent value for money. Super comfy beds. Rooms are very clean with great amenities. excellent air-conditioning, excellent housekeeping. Brilliant location near the entertainment. Good comfortable rooms with good beds.Staff helped me with early check-in. Good location and easy access to everything. All round good choice of hotel.

I requested them to give us high floors. We were travelling together with friends and family. two rooms on 9th floor and 2 rooms on 3rd floor. It was inconvenient. Although i requested it at least 20 days before. I think the supporting staffs should give more attention to this issues in future
