I booked from overseas for my parents to stay at Chandra when they were in Chiang Mai. Not only did they enjoy the stay, but their service was top-notch—phenomenal! I was worried as this was my parents' first overseas trip on their own and with the language barrier. Upon reservation, they created a group chat with all staff allowing me to ask questions, and request extra reservations such as taxis and massage, etc. Knowing I might wonder about my parents' stay, they would occasionally send me their photos of having lunch, attention to detail from them was the absolute best. I cannot thank the team enough and looking forward to stay myself when I get to visit Chiang Mai one day!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chandra Residence, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment my family arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make my family's stay truly unforgettable. We stayed in the Pool Villa which was nothing short of spectacular. Impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, the Pool Villa blended modern comforts with elegant touches. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care for guests set a new standard for hospitality. Every request was met with a smile, and they consistently anticipated our needs. Overall, Chandra Residence exceeded all my expectations. It’s clear they take immense pride in providing a world-class experience. I recommend you book Chef Susie as your private chef. Her food is amazing!. Bravo, Chandra Residence! I can’t wait to visit again.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing. If you like a bit of tranquillity, you will not be disappointed. This property is so peaceful, beautiful, loungy, well maintained, and relaxed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need. The swimming pool is also great (incl. the sauna). The staff and the owner are very attentive, thoughtful, and reliable. It is one of the best places I have stayed in my life and would wish to come back.

I had no problem with this, but the property does not have its own restaurant. So be mindful of this. You can order food from outside and the staff will set your table.

The place is amazing! we stayed there for 3 days and it was like living in a secret garden, surrounded by lush of green. The service is also amazing. Peach and her team are helpful and smiley, more like friends than staff. But on the same token, their focus on details is exceptional. We also very much enjoyed the Thai massage and yoga at the residence. The yoga teacher is very professional and attentive. We already planning our next trip here on the first evening of our arrival.

I have no words to describe my 4 night stay here. I travel quite a bit and this has been by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was super helpful with anything I needed. Everyone is so kind and efficient. You truly feel at home here. I will definitely stay here again and to be honest I didn't want to leave. Thank you for everything and for making my visit to Chang Mai extremely special 💗

The house is spacious and artistic, with a private swimming pool. It's perfect for family travelling with helpful and kind staff, who always gives you useful recommendation and prompt response. With staff assistance, we rent a van and driving service, and the driver Suriya is amazing. In addition, the in-room massage is relaxing and refreshing. I will strongly recommend the Chandra residence to my friends, and hope will visit again in future.

Everything! The hospitality was top notch! It felt like home. Shanee and Uli were the best hosts! They were the friendliest and warmest people you will ever meet and they only want you to have and amazing time. They will help you arrange everything! Which made our stay truly perfect! It’s what you would envision as a dream place to stay in Thailand. They clean everyday and are super responsive to everything! Air conditioning in every room. Look no further!

There’s no food service but the staff helped us to call GRAB food. The lights in the bathroom were switched off automatically every few minutes thus a bit inconvenient.

Gorgeous location nestled amongst lush and green … it is as though one has wandered into the Chiang Mai version of Lost Horizon novel … tranquil, serene, with the sounds of nature reenergizing the weary soul. The owners are such lovely and warm people - I truly applaud them for the attention to detail and making every amenity/ setting so thoughtful and delightful.
