we liked the quiet and serene feel

no room service. there are no shops/ eateries nearby so we had to order food via Grab during our stay. not very convenient, they should have room service. there is no restaurant in hotel as well except a small cafe selling cakes and coffee which closes pretty early. the breakfast they served was not worth the money as it was a la carte, and limited choices.

The staff was great and the room was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The property felt like a little oasis.

Our stay would have been even better if the property included a breakfast offering. The cafe onsite is beautiful and the coffee they make is great, however there wasn't much available for food. Since there aren't many restaurants in the neighborhood, we weren't able to have the lazy morning we were hoping for.

This is really a great place and probably a 10 when COVID is not disrupting everything. Executive suite was roomy and beautiful and we felt really, really comfortable. This included a balcony and fantastic exterior.

coffee shop closed and no breakfast options. Other and cheaper (much cheaper) hotels offered different solutions and even took orders the day before because no buffets were open. It’s a difficult situation but I think some solutions should be offered and especially because the location is through a series of small streets and a bit “off grid”. Not far but you need a car to drive 2-3 km to get to a coffee shop or some breakfast.

Breakfast is limited- a quaint little cafe, open early in the morning for fresh brewed coffee, croissants , muffins etc. Full service restaurants are 5 / 10 minutes away

Very Happy with my stay.

Lovely spacious room with nice decor. Pool is a good size and there's a gym with some equipment. Good value for money.

Location is a bit away from the main hub, but there's some nice cafes around and also a fine dining option if desired.

It was as pictured. As expected.

Not enough places to set luggage. Glass walls of shower were not clean. Shower water pressure varied so much hard to get good steady temperatures.

The hotel is not a city hotel, but it sits on a cozy piece of land 20 minutes from the city/airport. It's an old colonial style hotel, with a quaint little lobby. staff very friendly, and the room and common area - clean. There is a cafe, serving fresh croissant and good cup of coffee in the morning. We enjoyed our stay.

not many restaurants around. need a car or motorbike to go around. but we knew about this, so it was ok for us

Fantastic coffee

Beautiful place with lovely staff. The room we stayed in was nice. The staff were so nice and helpful. We had an amazing swimming pool all to ourselves. We also cycled around town with their free bicycles.

The only thing was the distance from stuff. If their restaurant was open it would have been a lot easier. This is not their fault, COVID has effected a lot of places.
