it was very close to Chiang Mia University and only a short walk to laundry and shops. the rooms are huge ,beds are very comfortable and had a balcony where we could hang our washing. Although a little pricey for a budget hotel it was worth it overall.Would definitely stay there again

All staff are sweet and helpful. And offered any helps if possible.
* No pillow cases for our pillows. This is no excuse for the hotel. * Pet friendly hotel with extra charge but not allow dogs for breakfast even in stroller or cabin cage. Thanks God the front desk staff is taking care of our puppy.
