We have no words to describe Chiang Mai, beautiful nature, stunning temples, delicious food and definitely the highlight people’s kindness! Thank you very much to New for the hospitality and for making this part of our trip unforgettable! We would have loved to tell you good bye in person but we will keep each second in the hotel in our heart. Liked the a la carte menu. Some more variety in the fruits from day to day would have been welcome. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It'sa small resort so facilities are limited. I.e. massage was by appointment and the hotel could have benefitted from more staff. I.e. a couple of staff were reception, bar, restaurant. No big issue but we did end up looking for staff to order buggy to drive us to where grab can pickup. The restaurant menu was also quite limited and not particularly exciting. Overall it's a lovely place and we had a wonderful time but it doesn't quite warrant top score.

The Thai styled Boutique was absolutley beautiful and very peaceful, with the most helpful staff, especially "New" was extremly nice and helpful, he assisted us with every need and was very respectful. The breakfast was very good and can be served anytime you want. The location is a bit far away from the center (around 15 mins car ride) but they offer a complimentary shuttle daily with three different times to get you to the center. We would definetly recommend this Boutique especially if you are looking of an authentic Thai experience.

The property was a peaceful resort. After spending two weeks in Bangkok it was nice to escape to this spot with its calmness. Not in the centre but easily accessible if you enjoy a decent walk or by grab. Facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating, really went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Room service breakfast, nice touch. Had the best massage on my last night at their spa.

I have no complaints. If you’re expecting loud and busy then this isn’t the vibe for you.

The breakfasts were excellent. Very tasty and a wonderful ambience. We sat next to the koi pond. A haven of tranquility.

I liked everything about this relaxing spa and hotel and give it my topmost recommendation. It was fabulous from the moment we arrived to the point when the staff lined up to wave us goodbye. Would I go back, yes, tomorrow if I could! It was the best. It was amazing,

The staff were fantastic, friendly, very helpful in helping with booking trips and advice where to go, restaurants etc. I would recommend this hotel - it is small and the service is great. The breakfast was also amazing.

It was a bit far out of the main market / restaurant area but there is a new area closer to the hotel that is quite up and coming. The pool was not really in the sun and I like to be able to sunbathe.

Excellent breakfast and amazing staff.

Pool wasn’t heated so it was too cold for swimming and the pool filter pump was really noisy so we didn’t use the pool area at all. Hotel is a ways away from pick up locations for tours so we had to taxi to the location.

Tranquil. Beautiful elegant traditional design. Wonderful indoor outdoor feel to the design. Staff and details exceptional.

Lighting remote took a little time to figure out but minor thing.

Very nice staff and food is quite good.

Shower was not working.

The property was situated just outside the main town and was away from the city din. Very peaceful.

It was perfect.
