I highly recommend the Jomkitti Boutique Hotel . I stayed 4 nights. The team was very attentive. Mei jo, and Pam at the réception and the men team were very enthusiastic to make sure to come handy at help you with everything making sure your comfort was their priority. Felt like home. My suite room was large, with a spacious bathroom with à big bathtub. Hygiene / cleanliness+++. I would give more than 10 out of 10. The delicious breakfast varied each day, i enjoyed every moment of my stay, and will come again to this place without even looking for accomodation elsewhere . I salute the Jomkitti team for their quality services.

One of the highlights of our trip. All of our rooms were incredibly clean, as well as the various facilities throughout the hotel. The location was excellent, and we were not disrupted by the school across the street. The building overall was incredibly quiet. Staff were lovely throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Upon arrival, we were told we had to pay a refundable room deposit in cash. Not a huge deal, but it did make a difference for our trip in terms of budgeting. We were short about 2000 baht in cash upon our arrival, which was returned to us on the day we were leaving Thailand. Ideally, we would have liked to know this information in advance or be able to have the deposit returned on card.

The staff was incredible, everyone is super friendly and helpful.

-Walls are very thin, I could hear everything happening in my neighbour's room. Probably not a good choice for light sleepers. -Aircon was very loud and not very effective. I've set it to 16 degrees, but it was still warm.

Jomkitti Boutique Hotel is located very centrally in Chiang Mai old town. All famous sights and temples can easily be reached by walking. Lots of nice restaurants and cafés and the night market / in hall market are very close. My room was spacious and very well equipped. Highlight is the high-tech toilet (see picture), which I experienced only in Japan so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I used the pool the lady from the reception came out to switch on the whirlpool for me to make my swim more comfortable. The breakfast buffet is not very big, but for me fully sufficient.

I was wondering that at checkin I had to pay a deposit for eventual damage in the room. Also in the room was a big list with fines for damage from a glass to the hairdryer. I never have seen this before, but probably Jomkitti made some bad experiences with guests.

Fantastic staff - so helpful and very friendly. Great location giving easy access to the old city both on foot and by taxi/tour pick up. Good sized room and bathroom with a bath and shower. Good breakfast. Laundry service is very good and realistically priced. Lovely coffee shop attached to the hotel.

We were a bit disappointed to find our executive room was on the ground floor with no access to outside space such as a terrace. The room was quite dark being in the corner with the gym mezzanine partially shading light. However, the room was a good size and comfortable for our needs. The pool is small and doesn't get much sun, so not really somewhere to sit out and relax. The towels are showing their age and need replacing.

The hotel has been furnished with great style and attention to detail. Makes it very pleasant place to stay and chill out. The pool is fantastic in the backyard. The staff is exceptional and forthcoming in any conceivable way.

The breakfast had a great egg cooking station. However, provided the fantastic options Thailand has in ingredients and cooking, the breakfast buffet was a very limited western stereotype, and we usually had it elsewhere in the close vicinity.

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The room is a great size. The hotel is well located for touring around the Old City. It also has a nice little gym and a good pool! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Meiju at reception who was always cheerful and helpful in so many ways. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but rarely have I met a staff member who is so good at her job! The breakfasts were always good and provided great variety for what is a boutique hotel. The coffee shop at the front of the hotel also served great coffee (CM is known for its coffee)

I had no complaints at all

This was such a cute little hotel! It was in the perfect location in old town, nice and quiet at night. The hotel felt very intimate and the staff was absolutely amazing. I appreciated their help so much from helping book a ticket for the lantern festival to getting me a bag of ice for my sprained ankle. They were so warm, welcoming, polite and kind. I loved the coffee shop in the front, and breakfast was convenient for the early days where I had an early pickup. Definitely my favorite place I’ve stayed so far!!

The AC is a little loud at night but I got used to it. That’s really the only thing I can think of that I didn’t like.

The staff is fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They are so friendly and happy and eager to help contribute to your excellent stay! The rooms are comfortable with great air conditioning. The breakfast is terrific with a variety of tastes; several Thai dishes that vary daily, made to order eggs/omelette, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and waffles made right there on our last morning. The hotel staff can provide excellent recommendations for activities, means, and can arrange taxi to/from the airport. We had a super stay! Thank you!

Thin walls—can hear your neighbor but was never late at night.

The room is pretty big and comfy, it has a lot of space. The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. They cleaned our room daily and changed towels and brought us water bottles. The hotel is located about 3 min walk from 7/11 and about 20 min walk from the night bazar. If you’re here on Sunday, 3 min walk from the hotel you’ll find a huge walking market with food, souvenirs and clothing. We booked 3 nights and extended our stay for 2 more cause it was very good.

The hotel is located in front of a school and it gets very loud in the morning at approximately 7:40, especially on Monday, so if you expect to sleep late, it can be a bit hard.
