A real jem in Chiang Mai. Ended up extending stay from 3 nights to 5 as didn’t want to leave! The setting is very picturesque, located close to the Ping River. Perfect place to relax and unwind, with taxis just a 15m journey from the centre of Chiang Mai (they are extremely affordable which makes staying slightly further out a non-issue). Staff were great, good food and drink in the restaurant, amazing setting. I will be back!

It was absolutely amazing. So peaceful and beautiful and so well looked after. The people who run this hotel really put everything into it. There was a really cute dog who really made my stay even more amazing. He was so lovely and I think the people who run the hotel look after him and for that reason alone I’d stay here again. Please continue to feed and love him

Breakfast could of been hotter

the hotel is quiet and clean. everyone is so nice and being so helpful . i really enjoyed my staying there

it is bit far from town. i underestimated GRAB convenience in Chiang Mai . it was too difficult to get a taxi from hotel to town . mostly I had to wait for like 35-45 mins to get a taxi . but I still prefer this hotel rather than those in town as I love staying in comfort and quiet environment.

Beautiful peaceful resort on the river. Beds are super large and comfy. Shower is strong. Rooms are clean. Swimming pool area is lovely - facing the river and offers a bar with meals as well. Staff are so helpful and friendly allowed us to leave our luggage overnight while we did a day trip to Chiang Dao.

A little out of town. Need a scooter. But the area is peaceful.

breakfast does not match with the rest . Unfortunately often seen even in very good hotels in Thailand . Please invest a few bahts in the breakfast . Otherwise great hotel on the river. Nighttime not too many airplanes ...

Very good location but you need a taxi to get to town, about 100 baht one way. Little to hard beds for my taste. The restaurant closed at 5 pm so no food at location after that. The breakfast is more Asian than European. Good food and drinks at restaurant and possible to put in on the room-tab.

The facilities and room design really reflects the designs of the northern part of Thailand, On top of that the pool and breakfast area sits close to ping river where you can enjoy seeing people commutes with a more that good breakfast and hospitality.

Since the area is in the high humidity area, pillows are bit wet and got some kind of weird smell.

The hotel is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The included breakfast was nice. Fresh fruit every morning. About 15 minutes outside of the center of the old town. One evening, I had the hotel call me a taxi. Another day, the hotel arranged a driver for a half day for B1500. The driver was so nice and took me to two great temples, of which I paid B50 for a tram ride up to it and entrance fee. The driver accomodated my request for a boat ride for B550 which was great too. I had a wonderful stay.

The outdoor restaurant was infested with mosquitos. The hotel gave me bug spray, and I had some of my own which helped too.

Very relaxing and quiet place. Nice swimmingpool , wonderful unspoiled river views. Especialy at sunset, when the oposite river side is iluminated by the last sun rays. But to enjoy all this, book a room with river view. The garden view rooms are set back around a pond near the hotel entrance and opposit the restaurant.But anyway, the whole atmosphere there is peaceful, even if there is a narrow bussy road. Most of the guest are Thais or from surrounding counties.

Bathroom could be more bright and modern. But consider the price you pay and the stunning setting you get, It is definitely the place to stay if you want to escape the noise from.the bustling city. It is not fare, that people who stayed there gave such a poor valuation.

There were a lot of guests smoking around the premises and the pool area and even smoking marijuana, which gave me a headache.
