This hotel was so cute and simple! Easy to walk to everything and find transportation to local attractions. The staff was so nice and we really loved the simplicity of this space - very great AC, well maintained grounds and access to breakfast and a pool. We ended up walking to local eateries instead of breakfast but it’s great to have the option.

We could hear the people above us walking around but it was very minor. We loved this place and it was our favorite hotel in all of Thailand.

The people, the charm, the comfort, and location. Such a lovely property, small, old style guest house, with a lovely garden and a wonderful vibe. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, just outside the gates to the old city. Easily accessible/walkable to all the necessary amenities. Great coffee bars, a variety of restaurants, markets and shops. The beds are super comfy, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Of particular enjoyment were the staff at Pao Come, who were so welcoming, kind, attentive and caring. Especially Nick, who helped to make my stay here so enjoyable. I look forward to a repeat visit.

We really loved the accommodation, it felt like a small oasis in the middle of the city. The garden in the courtyard, the super friendly staff and overall experience was just great. Everything in the city is in walking distance, but taxis are also easily available if you prefer not to walk. It is located in a small side street, so away from the hustle of the big streets. However, be aware that the buildings are rather traditional with very thin walls, so you can hear whatever is going on in the rooms around you. We were also able to store our luggage before & after check-in/out, which was a huge plus.

Beautiful little place, decent sized room, very quiet unless motorbikes are going past which isn’t very often, a few roads of the main road and about 5 min drive from the bus station, 7/11 around the corner, beds were very comfy, mosquito plug was provided which was much appreciated, staff helped with booking excursions and taxis - even let us use their grab discount! Breakfast ok

Didn’t really bother me but facilities over split sites, you have to walk around the corner for three breakfast and pool if you want to use it

You can get lost with the amount of hotels in Chiang Mai, but I ended up choosing Pai Come because it was so different, and I wanted something unique & more authentic. We stayed in the deluxe double room, and it was very cozy and spacious, and there was a nice seating area in the room and right outside it, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The garden and facilities are beautiful and it’s a really nice atmosphere to be in. It feels like I’m in a small village/resort in the middle of the city. The location is great, a walking distance from the night bazaar & old town. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and made the stay even better.

Everything was perfect

Great location and wonderful staff. The breakfast and access to the pool at their guest house next door were great, especially because it can get so hot in Chiang Mai. The staff is very responsive and accommodating. I also appreciated the takeaway breakfast option when leaving early for tours before breakfast hours began. Finally, there's a temple right next door to the breakfast room in their sister hotel, which I also enjoyed visiting

It's on a quiet street, but not far from the main street and the Old City, so there were nights when it was quite loud.

Such a lovely boutique hotel. It had a quirky courtyard with lots of little nic nacs that everytime you were out there you saw something more! Seated areas in the courtyard which made it a nice area to sit in the evening. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was at a sister hotel a 2 minute walk away and if you wanted a dip in the pool, you could use the pool opposite to the breakfast hotel but seating area was small. Great location, easy walk to the main road.

We loved it here!!! No safe, but the main door was padlocked so we weren't worried.

Very well located in Chiang Moi, relaxed surroundings, many interesting stores and cafés in the immediate vicinity. Chiang Mai city center within walking distance. Lovingly decorated garden with plenty of seating that invites you to relax and linger. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I wanted for nothing in my room and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. My room was on the first floor, but I still had my privacy. Breakfast and pool are available, but are a 2-minute walk away, which is not a problem after all.

I loved the decoration and the atmosphere in this hotel! It's like a peaceful oasis in Chiang Mai's busy old town. Plus it's clean and comfortable and has super friendly staff that actually go out of their way to help you! Definitely recommend, wish I could've stayed longer!

As others have already mentioned, the walls are very thin since it's a wooden house. But I put ear plugs in and that was that (the hotel even provided them). Also it's not the hotel's fault if people don't realize loudly conversing with someone on the phone at midnight in public spaces isn't cool.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were always friendly & very helpful. The location is the best - just a very short walk to Thae Pae Gate, lots of eateries & bars. The room was comfortable, quiet & peaceful. Strangely, the breakfast is in another close by facility, and the swimming pool is in a third. Yet, it all works. Breakfast - there was a good range, & we were provided a breakfast pack when we flew very early one morning. We would stay again.
