Great experience! Staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured comfort and ease from check-in to check-out. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The breakfast menu was great, fresh, and offered plenty of choices. The location was ideal, conveniently close to major attractions with great facilities such as the pool, offering the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel provided a seamless experience of quality, comfort, and luxury – a place I’d return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a flawless stay!

Spa treatments were rather expensive in relative terms (expensive for the region).

A very nice boutique hotel: small scale, attention from staff, beautifully designed rooms and common areas, and a nice relaxing retreat from the crowdiness of the city. The location is very good, on the northeast side of the old town. Which is probably the best side, together with south side. Breakfast is nice that it’s a la carte and there’s variation from sweet, savory, western and eastern.

The sink area in the room is too small for me, it’s creatively placed in the room to not up take too much space, but downside is that I couldnt place my toiletries, and for a 1,86cm guy it kinda cramped to just brush my teeth.

- The design is beautiful and hidden from the street - The location is outstanding - The breakfast is the best we’ve had in Thailand so far, it is tasty, varied and it is NOT a buffet (which is great), but you can choose from the menu several options - The beds are super comfortable - The staff goes above and beyond, they’re amazingly helpful and kind, even above Thai standards

- The first room we got did not offer the possibility to open the window and was very claustrophobic (small corridor, low ceiling). It might be fine for some people, but the aircon was just on or off and did not let us manage the strength and temperature which quickly became unbearable as we both have severe allergies and were suffocating. The staff quickly managed to change our room after the first night. The second room was perfect. - in the second room the air con was vibrating and we had to put tissues in to stop the horrible noise. The staff offered to change our room (which we refused since it was late at night and we had already changed rooms) but did not fix the source of the problem.

Unassuming from the exterior, the small entrance opens up into a small little oasis just outside the old city wall ( nearer to Thapae Gate). There is a 7-11 just a few doors down the road, food/massage shops just 5-10 mins walk away. Rooms are cosy and comfortable and well kept with a nice Lanna furnishing. The service staff at the restaurant Bell was very attentive and ala carte breakfast menu options were very good!

The staff were amazing, the location was very central and the room was well appointed. The staff couldn't do enough to assist us in every way possible. The service was impeccable. The gardens were lovely and very well maintained. It was like a little oasis of calm after a busy day in Chiang Mai. We had a room with a plunge pool, my only (minor) complaint was the pool was heated. I would have preferred a cool swim after a hot day. The only other issue was the noise from the neighbours dog. It started barking at 2am and didn't stop until 7am. Apart from that, the room was surprisingly quiet considering the location of the hotel. I would recommend this property and will stay here again.

Cozy little place, love that the swimming pool and plunge pool are all heated so it’s really comfortable. Has a little bar that opens till late, and free fruits at the pool in the morning. We checked in an hour early and the room was available so that was a plus. Close to nice restaurants nearby and a short walk to thaepae gate.

The gym is rather small, with 2 machines and some weights, where the heaviest is 10kg so it can hardly offer a workout if any guest is looking to get some sweat out. The flooring in the room is so smooth that it actually became somewhat slippery. Would need to be extra careful.

We wanted somewhere in central Chiang Mai with parking and a pool. Booked this place on the basis of reviews. However we really didn't expect it to be as good as this. Design is very tasteful. Room was beautiful as was the bed and bathroom. Saltwater swimming pool was heated and a treat. Staff could not have been more helpful. One of the best places we have stayed.

Just a tiny point, we visited the cocktail bar. Ordered a Mojito. It wasn't like a mojito we had ever had anywhere. Very sour and we were not even sure it was baccadi? May be a need to review the recipe

Central location - perfect if you are there one or two nights like we were so didn’t have to venture far and save time. Staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was amazing - we got a deluxe room - it was very clean and the shower was dreamy! Hard to come by in Thailand!

The only feedback I would give is that it is a very small pool area, only 4 single beds and 2 double beanies to sit on. However, the pool barely gets the sun because of its location so wasn’t busy with people and more for relaxing in the heat [not the sun]. For us, we wish it had - we only had three days, two nights in Chiang mai and one of those we wanted to just sunbathe after the bussle of Bangkok but wasn’t to be. I fully appreciate that this was just simply the nature of our trip and not others - the hotel was fab and for the space it’s in they’ve made best use of it.

Extremely friendly staff. The interior design of the room was nice. I enjoyed the swimming pool. The laundry service was good (but I recommend to use it only if you have enough time, you will get the clean clothes the next day by 6 PM).

The price is relatively high compared to other hotels in the area. But I guess that probably the hotel provides a better experience. Unfortunately there is no in-room massage or at least in hotel massage service. But at least, the hotel provides massage booking services in 3 spa places nearby. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed after 2 PM, and there is no room service after this time. Of course that there are many good restaurants in Chiang Mai, but for a fancy hotel I expect the restaurant be open in the evening too.

Location is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable- pillows and bedding were exceptional as advertised. Breakfast was delicious with great options to choose. Pool was nice, wish we didn’t wait until the last day to use it!

Very minor things that did not at all detract from our stay: the pigeons on the roof were bothersome/aggressive when we tried to use the balcony. The air conditioning in the room was good but not great (caveat to this statement-we are from the US so our standards are too high/unrealistic). My husband thought the pool was too warm, but I thought it was perfect.
