Where do I start. I travel a lot and I am a somewhat picky traveller when we talk about hotels. THIS hotel was beyond amazing. It was fantastic at so many levels that words fail me. First of all, the hotel is CLEAN. Like, so clean your eyes hurt. Spotless. It smells nice everywhere. The elevator smells nice. The lobby smells nice. The shower gel in the bathroom smelled so heavenly I could not help but take 3 showers a day. Secondly, the rooms are very tasteful, well thought of and the amenities are abundant. The hotel location is also very convenient, if you like walking even the Blue Temple (which is so pretty!) is walkable. And thirdly. The staff. The staff deserves a whole paragraph and I will give it to them. I must mention our trip fell on some bad timing - Chiang Rai started flooding the next day after we arrived. We didn’t think much of it first, however, it started getting pretty serious. The hotel staff started warning us very early, giving us little updates and some advice on what could be done in case of scenario A or B or C. By then we had already been seriously impressed by their attention and politeness and impeccable management (clockwork! Even room services use walkie talkies so they can tell you exactly when your room will be cleaned if you come back mid cleaning). But when the flood situation happened we saw the truly amazing skills - zero stress, always patient, always kind, answering the same question for the 10th time with maximum information (because everyone was worried about all the same things naturally)-no cutting corners, no eyerolls, nothing. On the last day before our flight home the airport has been cut off our area and we were informed there was no way we could reach it so the flight for the next day won’t be possible (it was cancelled later on by the airline as well). The hotel staff did the most noble thing - advised us to leave one night earlier in order to make it to our next destination from another airport (Chiang Mai).

I almost didn’t put 10 as rating due to what happened to the shuttle car driving me to the bus station . The hotel offers such service . However they completely messed up with the bus terminal they needed to take me too. As the driver left immediately, I had to then rush and take a taxi . Thankfully I always make sure I am a bit ahead of time. But as they offer such a service (and I had shown my ticket to staff when booking the time ) they should be more meticulous when providing it.

Mora Boutique exceeded all our expectations, offering a truly exceptional stay. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast that was both varied and exquisite. The staff went above and beyond, displaying genuine warmth and hospitality, ensuring we felt right at home. Our room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, providing a perfect sanctuary of comfort. The hotel's amenities are top-notch. We enjoyed the beautifully maintained outdoor swimming pool, which provided a refreshing retreat. The health club was well-equipped, and the spa offered a range of relaxing treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. Moreover, Mora Boutique's central location made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our stay here was nothing short of perfect, and we look forward to returning soon.

Nice hotel, spacious, comfortable room, nice pool, friendly/helpful staff, 10-15 minutes walking to the center of the town (15-20 minutes to the better restaurants). All in all a good experience and decent value for money

Mora's restaurant is not bad but could do better. It is nice that the hotel provides bicycles but the ones on offer are super-uncomfortable and will not get you very far (you can use them to cycle to the Fat Free Bicycle Shop near Phaya M bridge, rent a good bike there and leave the hotel bike there for the day)

This hotel blew us away with its exceptional service! From the friendly staff who greeted us with smiles to the cozy and clean rooms, we felt incredibly well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Even though the pool was closed for repairs, the management went above and beyond to ensure we still had a fantastic time. We loved the delicious food at the restaurant, the stunning sunset views from the terrace bar, and the helpful recommendations for local attractions. Plus, the hotel's location near cafes, restaurants, and the night market made exploring the area a breeze. Honestly, we've never experienced such personalized service anywhere else, not even at big-name hotels like Kempinski. This truly was an excellent boutique hotel experience that we'll never forget!

The friendly and service oriented staff make this hotel special. We were able to book tours and drivers at the front desk. The hotel also provided a complimentary shuttle to the bus station. The property has a lovely pool and gym, rooftop bar with nice views. The room was comfortable and well appointed. We had a king bed overlooking the pool, so nice and quiet. My husband said he had the best massage of his life at the hotel. They really make you feel like royalty. The service is excellent at this hotel.

They closed the pool suddenly and without warning one afternoon. It was a disappointment even though the hotel gave us free breakfast to make up for it. The pool is undergoing some renovation so be warned if this is important to you when booking. The pool is closed. The location is nice but involves a short 10 or 15 walk to get into the central area of town. This was not a big deal for us as we don’t mind walking.

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT NOTHING TO COMPLAIN. RECEPTION, ROOM, SERVICES, PARKING, SWIMMING POOL, RESTAURANT, ROOFTOP ALL ARE BEST REALLY, WE WILL BE BACK WHEN HAVE TIME. • We have not expected this hotel is high standards but have got it more and more happy to stay here • Staff in the reception are friendly and well trained. • surprise they have upgraded out room for free • room is clean and tidy large space and fully furnished with amenities and bathtub • air-conditioning is great, every room has it own balcony • breakfast is superb. Nothing to complain about. Keep doing this for the best, I am so happy to stay here so much. Shame we have only one night should be more night to stay here.

Where do I start. Chiang Rai is pretty laid back and you don't expect to find a hotel of this calibre down an otherwise unremarkable street. Beautiful bedroom and bathroom with a very comfy bed, boasting not one but two air conditioners! Luxurious looking tub that I never got to use and a sizable swimming pool perfect for escaping the heat. There's a small gym, a restaurant and a rooftop bar. It's a walkable distance to the bus terminal and night bazaar (about 15-20 mins). Also importantly, there are several excellent coffee places (Leah's and Alio) nearby. I think what really stands out is the service. Return. transport to the airport was booked upon check in. There was a bellhop waiting to take my luggage to the room. And they make your bed TWICE a day and give you a cute little gift and a message bidding you goodnight. When I do come back to Chiang Rai, i definitely will be back for more pampering.

The staff are incredible and the service spectacular. The room and beds were very comfy. The breakfast was delicious. It was also helpful to have a scooter to get to the main part of town, but you could easily use Grab, too. The complimentary water was nice.

The pool is closed for construction, and they did give pool passes for a hotel pool down the street, but I didn't go. I could hear my upstairs neighbors stomping around and slamming doors late at night, which woke me up several times, even with white noise playing.
