The location is not convenient if you travel without a car. Big shopping malls are far. No near good restaurants I suggest that they must open restaurant by their own ,to facilitate the distant location of the hotel to major dining area. Its new hotel so ,dust is common.🤣

The room was huge! Air conditioning worked well, nice little balcony, lift for luggage and staff were so helpful. We didn't have Thai Baht for our deposit and thankfully they accepted Malaysian Ringgit instead. The in house restaurant is also superb and the concierge very helpful!
Nothing to fault here - the pool was out for maintenance which was a shame but understandable and I think may have been catered for with a discounted price anyway. The location is also a bit far out to walk into town itself but a grab in only cost 60 baht.

✅ staff was very friendly, wont let us bring our bag ourselves. helped to carry our bag whenever possible ✅ receptionist help to find halal food as during hari raya haji all halal restaurants were closed ✅ room were spacious, cleaned, comfy pillow ✅ bathroom were spacious and clean ✅ daily housekeeping was excellent, ✅ hotel vibes were chill and fun. love the vibes ✅ located close to main attraction ✅ hotel compound felt safe and secured
⚠️ bed mattress should be replaced ⚠️ low shower pressure ⚠️ im scared of dogs (they have dogs taking care of the hotel compound) they were well behaved and cute but im still scared😭🤣 ⚠️ refrigerator was making scary sound of knock knock🤣 but was fine for me when finding out it was just a refrigerator

One of the best hotel that i keep repeating my stay here whenever i come to Hatyai. Everything was great. The cafe have master how to do half boiled egg finally.
I regret not requesting for room B205 which i have been doing for my last 2trips previously We got room B207 this time round and tapping the card is problematic for 2 days. My husband have to go down to the main counter downstairs to get it fixed. Please do something about it Thank You

The Hotel has a very nice breakfast location. It was a different room/space from the check in counter. The Hotel employees are nice and it is quite quiet as in away from the town, but not too far away from town.
In Order to check in and go to the hotel room, i have to climb a flight of stairs. There is no lift from the ground floor to the hotel lobby or rooms. Note there will be staff to offer to carry your luggage, but that is if the staff is there. If you have elderly or personal having difficulty with stairs, i highly dont recommend this.
