Water shower is strong and the aircon is quiet. Bathroom is clean and have air purifier machine in the bedroom too.

The sound proof is pour. Can listen very clearly the corridor guest talking and is noisy the stairs is middle of the hotel. Recommend the hotel owner put carpet on the stairs and corridor.

Property is nice design. Good vibes and interior, smell and classy.

Not really about the property but the staff is not really well trained about security. I did booking online via application and check in(already in the room). Then my friend just have a phone call to the lobby just for the security check and staff let him know everything about guests details. Room Number, Full Name. I didn’t try to be auditing but they should have concerned more for guests security not to give any details to someone(dont know) on the phone.

I appreciated the early check in at 1200 noon. The hotel deco had a modern trendy Chinese vibes. It was neat and clean. The trash bins had sensors to open and close! Location was walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants but without the busyness of Lee Plaza.

Room had a window that faced a blank wall. Corridor leading to room was a little dim. We could hear loud conversation from below at night. For price we paid I don't think it's value for money as compared to mid range hotels in Bangkok.

We don't take breakfast. we really satisfied with the cleanliness of the room & bathroom, the check in time also fast. the bed so comfy & the ambience so warm. although the location is a bit far from the night market ,shopping malls & massage spa, but it is not a problem to our group, because we have our transport & we love quiet area rather than busy areas.

well we do not have anything that we do not like so far. As long as keep the hotel clean, make sure check in & check out time fast, that will be good enough.

It was a nice and cosy hotel. Superb in many factors such as location (nearby to Lee Garden street market, only 5 min walk), room (just nice and comfy. Bed was super nice and amazing to sleep), Deco (magnificent Chinese themed deco and the fresh flowers were good), Reception staff (very friendly and courteous) and the check-in and check-out process was fast too.

The support staff (room cleaners) can be a bit more courteous and friendly. No swimming pool...but ok la...since you want to go out and wander the town rather than stay in the hotel.

Location is strategic, friendly and helpful staff, hotel is new and room is clean and comfortable, strong water pressure was so nice for shower, cafe has a beautiful cosy outdoor area on the ground floor giving a fantastic environment for a cuppa of coffee or a glass of beer especially at night. Overall, The Lantern Hatyai provides a great atmosphere and a nice accommodation for my stays there. Thank you to the polite front counter staff whom always have lovely smile on their face!

Nothing to dislike. If the hotel can provide iron for each room it would be even greater, but provide iron upon request is also fine, not a big deal.

We reach hatyai earlier than check in time so we went there and they allow us to check in earlier at 11am as there were room available. The room is slightly small but comfortable. Hotel is very new and clean. We stayed in 8th floor so no noice from the street also. Hotel is walking distance to lee garden and some famous food stall.

It will be better if Hotel can provide breakfast

Location was within walking distance to plenty of dining options and Lee Gardens Night Market. Room had strong air conditioning, an air purifier and a toilet with strong shower pressure.

Room could use with abit that chair so that 2 can sit comfortably. Consider switching to refillable glass bottles. Upon checking in, room had ants on the desk and long stray hairs in the floor.

I love how clean it is and how the place is well taken care of. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a cafe downstairs and really good coffee. Love the simplicity of the place and the design. Love how it is nearby to a lot of places and the place is quiet.

Price of pastry is very expansive at the cafe. The hallway and room can have brighter lights. It is hard to walk at night with little lights at the stairway. My bathroom had bad water flow down the drain when shower as the flooring was not done properly. Had to keep pushing water down the drain after shower.

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The required me to take an afternoon nap. Ahh. The rooms are well organized and convenient but small. The hot water in the bathroom was difficult to regulate. The staff were friendly, kind and very helpful. The location was excellent, an easy walk to great coffee shops and the huge market and all of the big shops.
